Downstairs via a seperate private entrance is the studio with double bed, wall mounted TV, kitchen sink and cabinets, dining table and chairs for two and an older style bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. No internal access from main house.
The rear yard offers an outdoor setting for 8 guests and a pergola with hot spa and a new gas BBQ.
