"The room was clean and prepared as instructed for my family. All staff are corteous. Thank you. Though, communication exchange via messaging through expedia to Hotel could have been more prompt and attentive. I was just attended on my first message and after that it was silent. The hotel is conveniently located close to attractions in Bath and a close proximity to the coach station to London. Overall, it was a good experience and stay. Except, one big improvement that needs to be taken care of is making sure cleaners are groomed. We have encountered and taken an elevator together with a cleaner who was very warm to us. However, this particular cleaner needed some grooming. I understand, they can be very busy working the entire day perhaps. But it is not an excuse to not be sensitive to personal hygiene and smell better. It was stifling going in that elevator with this particular cleaner. Your cleaners should be groomed and checked prior to doing their work specially if they will be taking the elevator with guests. "
