Room was beautiful and spacious. Very clean with great amenities. My only complaints were the sauna wasn't working and there was an event in the hotel on the final night of my stay, the volume of the music disturbed my sleep and stay in the room.

Savannah on reception was delightful, very friendly and professional (and had fab nails!) The room was very clean but we did not have bathrobes which we had to ask for and were then brought up to us. Breakfast was a bit strange as last time we stayed we were given a menu for cooked to order items and asked if we would like proper coffee. This time it was help yourself to continental breakfast (as before) but there was a cooked station of items then you had to ask for the cooked to order menu ( and find someone to take the order). Also you could get a nice coffee made to order if you asked for it - otherwise the filter stuff was abysmal! Nice to get a free drink each at the bar. Overall a nice stay and good location so would stay again.

Nice modern clean comfortable hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was well equipped, good selection of teas, coffees, hot chocolate etc and lovely handwash, body lotion, shampoo & conditioner. We were also able to hire dressing robes / buy slippers to use the hotel pool & spa facilities. We didn’t eat in the restaurant or have breakfast so can’t comment on the food. Overall - very pleased with our stay and would recommend Thank you

A combination of factors but predominantly the staff who were friendly and helpful. The room was also nice, quiet and roomy. When I first entered my room, I was a bit worried about it being noisy - it was close to the lift, on the first floor, and on the corner of two busy streets. When a problem occurred with the bathroom it was fixed quickly.

The room wasnt properly cleaned or stocked on our arrival. The following day, despite talking to us twice, the cleaner claimed he was unable to access the room to clean. Once cant be too fussy but popcorn in the middle of the floor, a rogue malteser rilling about simply arent good enough. A real pity as otheraie the staff were excellent, the hotel fresh and the pool a real bonus

My partner and I had an excellent stay during our trip to Bath. The hotel is in a perfect location right in center city close to tons of dining options and shops. The room was modern, spotlessly clean. We really enjoyed the pool and sauna, would highly recommend making some time to check it out during your stay. As everywhere in Bath requires paid parking at anytime of day/night, I would plan for and budget for this before visiting. That being said the paid parking lot recommended by the hotel is only a 5-7 minute walk, so we didn’t have too much difficulty. Overall had a lovely stay and will definitely be back to the Apex next visit!

My partner and I had an excellent stay in Bath. The hotel is in a perfect location, in a short walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in the city centre. The room was spotless and staff were super helpful and friendly. We loved the pool and sauna, would highly recommend making some time for it during your stay. Parking was a little tricky as there is none on the hotel site and parking everywhere in Bath requires payment, so maybe plan ahead for this. The paid parking lot recommended by the hotel is only a 5-7minute walk however. Overall had a lovely stay at Apex and will definitely be back!
