Brilliant hotel and great location.

This is a brilliant hotel with lovely rooms and friendly staff. The location is great, so close to the hub of Bristol with lovely walks along the river as well as great restaurants and pubs.

Great location

Stayed here after a cruise and before the F1 race. Great location in the old town. It was fun walking around, parked in nearby car park. tons of restaurants around and right near a Primark. Large shopping mall nearby. Left the car in car park and walked around easier than driving.

Really fantastic hotel in the centre of Bristol within easy walk of everywhere. Staff were super helpful and friendly on check in and check out. Breakfast was plentiful although the freshly cooked poached eggs took a long time to arrive both morning. All in all a very high standard stay

It was fine

Fine stay for a few days in Bristol. There's been a nice job done on the renovation of the building and entrance lobby however that doesn't seem to translate once you get into the rooms - it felt a bit soulless once you left that initial area. However the beds were fine and housekeeping great. We didn't find the check-in and checkout staff particularly welcoming or professional though - I actually felt like I was inconveniencing the guy who checked us in. Parking options are not great. Loved Bristol, would try another option on a future visit.
