Room was clean but everything was old and run down looking.

Night staff very helpful, but property is run down and lacking some common amenities like tissues and coffee maker in the room. No breakfast. I understand some rooms are being renovated. Wifi worked fine and bed was comfortable. With extensive highway construction in the area it was extremely difficult to reach the hotel at night.

I came here for 4 days. they turned the water off for two days while investigating a leak. I asked for compensation and they said that because you went through a third party app, there’s nothing they can do. It’s also frustrating that Orbitz allows hotels to advertise amenities that are not being offered. The pool is closed, the fitness center is closed, and there is no breakfast offered at this location. Orbitz needs to allow hotels to update the amenities they offer based on their closure.

First...there is no free breakfast. They have a bar that's open but due to COVID they don't have the free breakfast. The property seems to be in a state of disarray. The carpet in my room had several rips and the wall next to the bed looked like someone had thrown a cup of coffee against it and let it run down the way. The TV was fuzzy so nearly impossible to watch. But the worst was the bugs in the room. Oh, and the exposed rebar at the entrance of the property is just unreal. That said, the staff was very friendly.

They had roaches and holes in the walls. The shower curtain rod was barely able attached to the wall. No tissues in the room. We will NEVER stay there again.

I understand the property was “under renovations” but my room had a whole in the bathroom door. Condition of the shower was less than par rust ring where the old shower bar was and the shelves were not cleaned. One of the towels had yellow stains on it. No place to hang the toilet paper. Didn’t complain to front desk. I just needed a place to rest my head because I had to go to a funeral early the next morning. Worst Days Inn Property I have ever stayed at.

Language barrier and/or staff wouldn’t communicate openly. What little she said was difficult to hear and understand. Checking in took a long time and was not a pleasant experience.

Front desk lady was extremely rude! Room was disgustingly nasty (walls, bed sheets, floor in the bathroom)

There was no WiFi working in the hotel and staff dont speak much English Room was never cleaned a's well.

It's an ok place to stay for a business trip. I expected a bit more but my accommodations were about average
