One of the Receptionist is inprofessional, she did not give advise or detail to customer. Ask one question then answer one question, quiet robotic. In addition, parking space is not enough for guests. I spent more than 20 minutes to find a parking in the surrounding streets. There are lots of druggies around the building and a fire alarm activiate in early morning. This is not a happy stay.

PROS: The room was clean, bed was very comfortable, Friendly staff, and I was able to park only a few Meters away from the room I was staying in and also was very spacious.. CONS: TV was too small for the given distance from the bed, it could have been Much bigger.(Easier to see for vision impaired people). No microwave in the room so I couldn't heat up my food.

The bed room for 2 people was spatious, clean and with all the usual amenities. The room was well soundproofed as outside activities were hardly perceptible. The fan for the bathroom might need some TLC. I avoided using it as the noice that thing was making was incredible.
