Not a 3 star hotel at all

The room is like a ghost house. The walls are dirty And the towels are black And old like it hasn't been washed in a long time. Also the lights are very dim And not enough to provide good lighting. Overall, the room Just gives you a very uncomfortable feeling. This hotel is definitely not a 3 star hotel.

The location was nice. One of the staff prevented me from checking in. Fortunately one of the other staff checked me in. There was wifi but I was a little afraid of being kicked out so I didn't ask. The location was a 5 minute walk to the shopping complex / train station. The room was clean, but looked a lot more run down than the pictures. None of the Taxi's knew where this hotel was. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to someone who doesn't know the area very well.

Old but conveniently located hotel

Hotel is old with only basic amenities. Only good thing is the hotel is near to Luohu customs checkpoint and just next to the bus terminal which has the bus we are taking to visit relatives.

A Fair & Good stay

It was a decent stay. And, I must say, that we must learn some basic Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese, Teochew) to communicate with the Chinese people. Otherwise, the Hotel was fairly good & NOT Excellent. Also, the Hotels.com needs to change the Hotel Address and name. It is NOT 1043, but, rather 1009, Heping Road, Shenzhen, China. And, the Hotel name is Shenzehn Chinese Business Overseas Hotel.

Absolutely TERRIBLE receptionists

location is very near luohu commercial district. but their customer service receptionists are horrible without manners and would not entertain your requests about the room (eg. my room wifi is not working.... "call this number XXXX" and they shut you up.) it is as though they are SOOOO busy and will not even hear of your problem. all they do is ask you to call this number call that number and wont even tell you how they are gonna solve your problem. romm is fairly basic. OH you got to pay for bottled water in the room. no complimentary water. if you are just looking for a room to sleep in, this is ok. if you are looking for an experience, then sorry this aint the place for you.

Overseas Building Hotel in Shenzhen, China

If you want a cheap place to stay that is wihin walking distance of the LuWo border crossing into Hong Kong, then this hotel is OK. In the actual room, there was a definite mouldy smell.and the bed was not king size nor queen size, as advertised on the internet.

There is no heating equipment. The season of winter is requiring special attention. There is a power supply. It is poor and uses a nerve very much. Hot water did not come out as of 10:00 a.m. A place is the latest southwest side of a railroad station.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!

This hotel is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! There was mold everywhere! The staff were not friendly, the TV didnt work, there was no hot water, the list goes on and on. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this hotel!

A convenient location

Just opposite to west entrance of Shenzhen railway station, and within 5-minute walks to Luohu control point. The facility is quite old, but the room is clean. Given the price of the stay, it is definitely a good choice for people who want to go to Hong Kong as early as possible.

decent and relatively clean

hotel price will be cheaper if book online in advance. don't expect much for a 3 star hotel. Internet is pretty slow, especially between 10 pm - 2 am and on weekends, I wouldn't bother to go online during those mentioned hours. the hotel is located within walking distance to Luohu checkpoint , mtr and buses to almost everywhere.
