非常滿意的酒店

這洒店的工作人員是用心去工作，我在退房後在大堂候車，看到大堂處理行李員工，處理客人之間事情非常有禮和快捷，我等網約車司機找地點有小問題，我找前台的服務員幫忙，一位年輕人，他馬上幫助拍照片send去司機，還幫忙拿行李出門，非常感謝，早餐時也看到有經理巡視餐廳，員工清潔俾其他酒店更好，房間清潔也十分到位，下次到深圳一定住回這家酒店

I believe the hotel it’s quite new from its facilities. The room is clean, and they have hardwood floors instead of carpets which I prefer. Staff are friendly. The hotel is very close by a large mall, around 3 mins walk. Don’t expect much view from the room, it’s mainly surrounded by roads. Sound proof though, can’t hear the traffic at all. The only thing I didn’t like was the scent of the body wash. The shampoo and conditioner smells ok but the body wash smells a bit weird. I ended up using shampoo to wash my body. Also I didn’t like they use refillable bottles for body wash, shampoo and conditioner where guests can open up the bottles themselves. It’s good for the environment for not using one time use plastics but it makes me feel like it’s not as sanitary. Overall the hotel is good. Clean, good price, close to the mall the restaurants. I’d stay here again.
