We visited a number of the top 5 star, all are very high standard with competition driving very high standards, this hotel in my opinion is the best all around hotel in Shenzhen, perfect location with bay/sea views, next to shopping Mali with many restaurants and shops to choose. Frank Kuang was very helpful upon checking in he explained a bit of history of the hotel. Tamsie Zhang handling my check out and upon request, she gifted me a very special Andaz luggage. Thh highlight of the stay was the hotel dog Max, the free daily happy hour and the Santa Clause present gifting moment. If there were newspapers it would be a cherry on top!
