I made a reservation several months in advance; however, upon my arrival, I was informed that it could not be located. I spent two hours waiting for the staff member to locate my reservation, during which she repeatedly asserted that it was unavailable. I subsequently took a photograph of her alongside my reservation confirmation. Upon her realization that I had discovered that she had found my reservation, she attempted to offer an apology but still insisted that I remit payment, despite having already settled the cost of my stay.
