The service at the Xijiao State Hotel is very good. According to the number of people registered in the room and the number of days for staying , each person is given a bowl of delicious hot soup wonton and a bottle of orange water every day. On the first day of stay, there are also four different fruits. Superb! The breakfast at the hotel is variety and has many choices. Every dish in the restaurant is very tasty. The inner park of the hotel is very large and beautiful, and it is very refreshing and relaxing to take a walk there. In short, it is a very good experience staying at the hotel. Afternoon tea is also good.

The hotel has a park in its backyard, with gardens , woods, a lake and canal all to itself. Itโ€™s very quiet and peaceful, even though itโ€™s in the middle of very busy section of the city. The settings has a distinct feel of a Chinese villa from an another era.

Excellent service all around, especially ๅฐ็Ž‹๏ผŒๅฐๅžat the front desk, and the greeter ๅฐ็งฆ๏ผŒall very friendly, courteous and professional; warmly greeting guests on each encounter. Grounds and landscaping meticulously maintained. The back garden is like a park all by itself, with lots of trees, lakes and bridges - definitely not to be missed. Truly enjoyable stay. Close proximity to Hongqiao airport. Highly recommend.

Very good all round, only downside was the seafood in the restaurant - very watery and not fresh (clearly refrozen and defrosted), expected more from a five star status hotel.
