No breakfast Given first floor rooms and asked right away if I can have second or higher rooms but told will be more money. And lo and behold to my disgust we have to drag our luggages in the long hallway outside main hotel and room outside the building where you park your car right outside your room in the freezing weather like those motels in the freeway. Motel fairy clean but smal and you have a foot space to go to the bathroom. As I had anticipated things would be different had I been on higher floor as it looked good in pictures. The outside rooms not fair to me at all and was even told that elevator may not be working!!!

The scrambled eggs, home fries, bacon & toast were so yummy. Hot & steaming too boot. Room was exceptionally clean & comfortable. Staff was very helpful with a lil project I needed to finish & they found me a few items I forgot to bring. Lots of parking available in the fall

Booked through Expedia a room with a queen and 3 twins. Room was being remodeled and unavailable. No accomodation was made for the lost bedding and had to book another room above the rate of our previously booked rooms. Considering the hotel was not full and I had 3 rooms already, I would have expected much better service for a hotel deficiency that was out of our control.
