One of the ladies at the front desk was irritated by our questions. She brushed off our questions as if she was very busy, but we could hear that she had been chatting with others. The room was very small, and it was hard to find a place to open our suitcases. The heater was also very annoying. The room was cold initially, but after we turned on the heater, it became incredibly hot — and even after we turned it off, it was still hot. We had to open the window to cool the room down and put up with the noise.
