A great spacious apartment just a walk away from everything. It was a perfect stay. The only thing we didn't like is the lack of luggage storage. We had to pay for a locker at a nearby facility.

There were good and bad parts to our stay. The apartment management and staff were great, but the apartment was only in fair condition. It needed a bit of TLC. Paint was peeling from the shower ceiling and mould and dirt was present in the bottom of the shower tray and in tiled areas. The walls were marked in places and the roof leaked in the corner of the room during torrential rain. This was sorted during our stay. The apartment had a very basic kitchenette area with limited kitchen facilities and a fridge and microwave. We found this useful for making simple breakfasts and lunches. Both beds in the apartment (including the sofa bed) were really comfortable. We booked a pick up from Sevilla airport through the apartment's customer service team. This cost €40 which we later found out was not good value. The rude lady taxi driver held a loud telephone conversation for the entire trip from the airport. Shouting into her phone, not concentrating on the road and sending WhatsApp messages. To put the taxi pick up into context, a Uber we booked to the airport on the day we left was less than €20. I was annoyed that we were ripped off with the pick up cost. The apartment lacked a safe, which meant we had to carry our valuables around with us when out of the apartment, resulting in my backpack being snatched by an opportunist thief. It was a miracle that I ran after the guy, cornered him and got it back. All our passports and valuables were inside! It was scary.

A good option

The property was in a great position, a few minutes walk from the Alfalfa area, which had some great bar and restaurant options. Seville is a very walkable city and the major sights were all within a 20 minute walk. The building was quiet and allowed for a good night's sleep. The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed.

The pmace was beautiful. The room was very nice. Had a problem with the kitchen faucet plumbing leaking all over but I called the reception and the came and fixed it fast. Otherwise our stay there was Excellent.

Wonderful stay, very impressed!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Sevilla! Could not fault anything about the Suite we stayed in & we will definitely be back. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and in an excellent location. Super quiet apartment with extremely comfortable beds, even the sofa bed where our children slept was comfy. Communication with the owners/managers was excellent too. Can’t recommend it enough!
