The floors were dirty, the sheets had stains, the property manager was rude. I was requested to send separate items to the property even though I booked on VRBO, and the property expected you to be ok with texting a photograph of a driver's license. Very unprofessional and a high likelihood of being scammed.

Beautiful house and views, however, there were some mechanical issues that really were never resolved. An A/C unit was not working in an upper bedroom and, clearly, it was known to the managing company because there was a portable unit down stairs and that is how the issue was "fixed". Other minor maintenance issues - dead batteries, missing remote controls, broken blinds, drain plugs missing in some tubs, over all cleanliness (major spider webs), ice maker that could not keep up with a home that size were frustrating. Another issue is there was a seepage at the base of the drive-way that smelled like sewage.

3 Family Trip

The house was wonderful and would return. All the rooms and common areas were great. Kitchen is well stocked, and everything is “as advertised.” Be prepared for the drive up, and also the driveway both are very steep! Also lock your car doors, caught a bear opening mine as we were packing to leave. Overall a great trip.

Peaceful and serene

The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was extremely peaceful you could here a pin drop. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. This property is just a stones throw from pigeon fordge.

Family gathering

Perfect floor plan for multigenerational family vacation. Great open kitchen dining and gathering area for our whole group. We enjoyed the large decks with comfortable seating and fantastic views of the Smokey Mountains. The photos and descriptions of the cabin and surroundings were consistently accurate. Our rental host was accessible and responsive. The location was ideal for enjoying the nearby attractions at Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg as well as the natural attractions of the Great Smokey National Park.

Amazing cabin, steep drive

The cabin was extremely clean and as described. Large rooms and well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The one caveat is the road to get there. We have stayed at many cabins in the area and this is not one you would want to get if you planned to run back and forth to town throughout the day. The road is pretty steep and winding. Worth it once you are there, but just be prepared for that.

Christmas in the Smokies!

My family and I came to the Smokies for the beautiful scenery, as well as opening day of Dollywood’s Smokey Mountain Christmas! We loved how spacious the rental was, along with how peaceful it was. Not only that, but we even saw a black bear on the morning of our departure! It was the icing on the cake, and we could not have planned our trip any better. We would absolutely stay here again! ❤️✨

Perfect for a Multi-Family Vacation!

The property was beautiful! It was perfect for our extended-family vacation. There were things for the littles (4yo and 6yo) to do, as well as the older kids (10yo and 12yo). The cabin was spacious enough for people to spread out, or gather around for family games. The community pool and sports courts were great for wanting to stay around the cabin, and the nearby activities gave us so much to do on any given day. 10/10 would recommend.
