Our group had a wonderful time.. ran into a minor issue & it was fixed but the host was great with communicating about getting it resolved. This cabin had it all & I promise you they thought of whatever you need to make it a home away from home. Very inviting for all age groups.Will book again.

This house was one of the cleanest houses I have ever stayed in! We had trouble starting the hot tub and the flat top, and they were out right away to help us fix it. Awesome customer service. I would rent this place again.

Wonderful Family Vacation

10 of our family stayed at this cottage. Our very first family vacation. The house was very nice and very roomy! Plenty of space for our family. The pool and the game room was a big hit with the kiddos. Loved how it was the last cabin on the row. We were able to park 4 vehicles in the drive. Host was amazing and responded quickly. Would stay again!!

My stay at Severville,Tenn.

We had a 4 day and 3 nights family vacation in April. The cottage was spacious and very clean. We so much room for each of us and going shopping was convenient and reasonable. We also had things and places we could do as a family. The children loved the pool and the teens and the male adults loved the game room and pool table. It was quiet with beautiful scenery. We saw deers in the gully below the back deck.I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone.

Amazing time at Osterley Cottage!

My family, friends, and I stayed at Osterley Cottage from June19th to June 22nd. We had such an awesome time, that it was hard leaving! I recommend this cottage because of the fabulous amenities, to include the indoor pool, hot tub, game room, and theater room. The pictures of the cottage are exactly as advertised and everything that we needed was provided during our stay. The cottage is extremely spacious, but cozy, and there was so much to do, that we didn’t feel the need to go anywhere else. We will definitely return in the future and encourage any group to take advantage of this beautiful property when visiting Sevierville/Pigeon Forge. I guarantee you’ll have the time of your life!

Alvarado Familia Vacation

Cabin in a good location for our loud family. So we wouldn't bother other families. Cabin clean, spacious and comfortable. It's like we were in our own little corner space. Loved the pool, hot tub, kitchen and rooms. Only downer was the AC not being turned on more the night before so it wouldn't be trying to cool the whole 3rd floor the day we arrived. It seem like it wasn't cooling enough because of how many people was in there. The day after we were freezing. Otherwise it was all amazing, response time, direction and all. 😃👍👍👍👍👍
