Great for family of adult kids and parent

This was the perfect arrangement for me and my 4 adult children and their spouse/partners. Convenient location and we enjoyed all the cabin amenities. Everything worked and was in good condition.

Perfect Getaway

First and foremost, the communication was incredible! From booking to departure and everything in between. The cabin was spotless upon arrival. The kitchen offered anything and everything you could possibly need. The beds in every room were so comfortable. The kids (and adults) LOVED the pool and hot tub. We will definitely be returning!

Family Christmas Trip

rented the Evergreen through Avant. The home was lovely. 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bath, pool, theater, game room. Had a small issue with a Bad smell coming from the refrigerator we tried to clean it. put baking soda in there. Lit candles, scrubbed it from top to bottom. Still smelled. called management, they brought some plug-in air fresheners & wiped it out again. Sat coffee grounds inside. It was later in the evening so they said they would send the manager out in the morning and if she couldn’t get it cleaned out by scrubbing it again they would swap it out for a different refrigerator.( note to people renting please lay your fish & bloody meat on a plate so it doesn’t leak down in places that are extremely hard to clean.) they came first thing the next day we had everything out of the fridge she scrubbed and scrubbed the refrigerator out and the smell was much better still wasn’t totally gone though. we went to Dollywood and came home one day and the code would not work to unlock the door. I called management. They answered right away helped reset the code, we got right in.we did run to the store to buy a spatula & plastic spoon because their plastic cooking utensils were very slim, Dollar general 1.00 a piece so it was not a problem. Alot for the grill cooking. Having the gas grill was wonderful for burger night. The pool’s great. The hot tub could’ve been a little bit cleaner. Found few clumps of hair. I highly recommend this home for a stay.Well will use Avant again

Lovely home

Our large family greatly enjoyed our time here. It was everything it appears to be online and the kids deemed it the “best rental yet” and we go to a VRBO rental each year! Really close to the strip in pigeon Forge but still far enough away to be peaceful and seem remote. Highly recommend.

Great place for group of adults

While the home did have plenty of room for kids to enjoy, the place is ideal for groups of couples. It was great to spend time together in the pool and hot tub, then to each go back to our separate suites. The theatre room was awesome for watching the college games on Saturday too. Great place!

Great cabin

Well equipped cabin with comfortable beds and living area. Pool and hot tub a plus. Parking and trash bins were convenient. Cleanliness was the only negative. Found some dirty dishes in the cupboard and something sticky on the comforter in bedroom #2 other than that a Great experience.

Fun in the Smokies

Great stay, very well equipped cabin with tons of little perks and added goodies. Was conveniently located a few miles (like 3-4 miles) from Pigeon Forge and only took us about 20 mins to get to Gatlinburg. I would recommend to anyone. We have saved this property for future trips ourselves.
