Great time in the Smokie Mountains

Wonderful, wonderful.... Wonderful! Did I mention it was wonderful?All things easy from check-in to check-out. The Wi-Fi was a bit wonky at times, but not enough to reduce my rating. I would definitely book again without hesitation.

Perfect Views

Our first step in the door, we in awe. This place was beautiful and roomy. Indoor pool was used multiple times a day and was a hit with the family. The views from the porches was amazing. The communication with property manages was simple and efficient. If there was one thing we would recommend, more place for towels in bathrooms. Just a great place.

Awesome week. Family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.Plenty of room for all 14 of us and great house layout. Reasonable drive to Pigeon Forge.

Only things wrong

The pool was cold kids wasn’t in it much hot tub wouldn’t stay warm not enough towels for the pool but we loved the place and the room it had just wish it was on the web site about the pool heat cost if you wanted it heated that was crazy we paid enough for that place for it to be heated

Very pleasant week

We totally enjoyed our stay and had a great time. If we were to offer any tips they would be 1) dresser needed in main bedroom 2) more hooks or towel holders in bathroom for hanging towel and personal items 3) shelves needed in all bathrooms for soaps and other necessities (some had this but some did not. Overall a very nice cabin and the hosts were great. If we had a question they answered immediately and were very helpful. We were all pleased with our cabin and our stay in Tennessee.

Amazing Smoky Log Cabin Retreat

Our family loved staying in the Duval Cabin! Very spacious, beautifully decorated and fun amenities for all ages. The views were amazing and I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

The home was as advertised, clean, well stocked kitchen. Plenty of room for our group of 11. The kids really liked the pool and hot tub. The beds were even comfortable which is not common in vacation rentals! Hosts were very responsive and followed up with the request we made. Definitely recommend!

December stay

We had such an amazing stay here! It couldn't be more conveniently located if you want to check out the sights in town (of which there are many!), but honestly the house has so much to offer, you don't need to leave! The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking with plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc. The heated pool (for an additional fee) was awesome to keep the kids occupied and the beach entry makes it's great for both adults and littles!! The views are amazing-hot tub on the deck was great for a crisp December evening with a mountain top view of the surrounding area! There was more than enough space for our family of 13. Our 3 generations and a friend-of-the-family couple all had plenty of private space for downtime and each bedroom have an en suite was perfect! We had a great time and definitely plan on coming back here to further explore the area!

Had a lot of fun and spacious home. Need a few more comfortable chairs in living room. These are just small things that could even make it more enjoyable

The house was beautiful and worked well for our group. We did have to buy a mop and bucket to move the extremely dirty floors. Some of the curtains were barely hanging from the rods, we needed pool and hot tub service during our stay, lost internet two days before our departure and the hot tub quit working the day before our departure,

Hot tub Trouble

The place is nice, spacious. Convenient neighborhood. We had a couple hiccups but the team was responsive. We were a bit disappointed that we weren’t able to use the hot tub- they did send 2 separate repair teams- however it only heated to 91 degree before we left…

Great escape!

The house was gorgeous, and had amazing views. The pool was great for the kids and we really enjoyed it. Very limited storage and all tv’s run off Roku’s so if you have young kids they can get confusing quickly. Everything seemed to be cleaned well, except for the floors. Black feet within minutes of being barefoot inside the property.
