My family extremely enjoyed our stay! This cottage offered everything and more. We enjoyed the large windows overlooking the lake. The spacious deck with a very clean hot tub to soak up the views at night. Beds were very clean and comfy. We really appreciated the special details our host provided to make our stay special and memorable. Thank you for our welcome gift :)The private dock allowed us to dock our pontoon rental just steps away from the cottage!! Lauderdale Marina. Location was close to Orillia, only a 20 minute drive to Mariposa Bakery.Webers is a short drive from the cottage, nice place for Burgers and Starbucks and picnic area to enjoy with our dogs! Very welcoming Host that truly care about making your vacation perfect with offering an adorable pet friendly cottage for families!!! Thank you Sarah and Stu.

Cozy getaway with sunset views

Our family had a great time staying at this cottage. Stu & Sarah were excellent hosts. They provided so much to make our stay with them comfortable and worry free. The property itself is easy to get to and has plenty of space for kids to play. Our hosts provided lots of watersport options and activities. Swimming was limited as the bay is weedy, however there is area arou d dock for a quick dip or a good swim for kids. Thanks Stu&Sarah!

Cottage was exactly like photos; very well stocked from bath towels, beach towels, spices, teas/coffees & lots of cooking equipment/utensils. Great Host & easy to get in touch with. Gave a wonderful warm welcome!!

Family vacation 2024

Stu and Sarah were a real pleasure and easy to communicate with. They were always available when we reached out for anything or asked a question. There cottage was what a cottage should look and feel like. We loved the back A-Line design windows that captured a breath taking view of the lake and beautiful sunset. Our family and the dogs had a great time. Thank you both for being amazing hosts and sharing your beautiful cottage. Cheers to summers at the cottage!! 🤗

Great week at Sparrow Lake

My family and I had a lovely week at Sunset Cottage. The cottage was very comfortable and was really nicely decorated. We especially enjoyed the large deck, meeting the chickens next door, and the small little details throughout the cottage.

Cozy and beautiful

Sarah and Stu were excellent hosts. The cottage is well equipped and very clean. The gated deck was the perfect spot to sit back with a coffee and let our pup roam.

Relaxing and cozy getaway!

We had a great time and loved the puzzles! The view is beautiful, the beds are clean, and the hosts are so kind. We felt very welcomed, Sarah and Stu were very approchable and accomodating when we needed them. Our dog 🐕 loved it too!
