they were very helpful. Had a request two days before arrival and they were able to accommodate us. Nice well kept grounds, good access to beach, great location. Our unit had an excellent, well equipped kitchen. Wish they would invest in a couple sea kayaks, so I don't have to rent every time I come. And finally, just wish they had a pool....

First trip to the Cayman Islands and we had a great time. These Villas were perfect. We had a 1 bedroom ocean front unit. Amazing views from our balcony. Easy access to the beach. Plenty of shade on the beach if you wanted it. The Villas are right between the Westin and Ritz Carlton and you could see their beaches were much more crowded than ours, yet you could still venture over and experience their watersports if desired. Our villa was very clean upon arrival. Loved having a full kitchen, with dish washer, washer/dryer in the unit, and a separate bedroom from the rest of the living area. There is a liquor store literally right across the street and a grocery store just a few blocks away. Plenty of restaurants around as well. The maintenance promptly helped us on day 1 when I didn't read the instructions to the in-room safe and accidentally locked our belongings inside without being able to get them out. He was very courteous and helpful even though I could have avoided it all if I had actually followed the directions in the first place. The Wi-Fi in the room doesn't stretch to the beach, so that was a little disappointing but not a major problem. The roosters were better than any alarm clock. Fortunately I am a morning person so it didn't bother me at all and they were fun and added some ambience to the place. Overall had an amazing experience at the Villas, and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting on a short or long trip to the islands.

Gorgeous property, perfectly located right on 7 mile.

From the moment of our arrival, we were thrilled with VOG. Our condo was steps from the beach!!! Lisa and the rest of the staff were fabulous!!! VOG offers a great option for people who are looking to avoid overly crowded beaches and hotels. We book our diving with Red Sail Sports who have a shop right next door at the Westin. I cannot wait to return!!!

Checked in later than posted office hours on a Tuesday, but no issues - quick and easy check in. Updated older condo - I know because the first time I came to Villas was 1983! Clean, well stocked with everything you need for and extended stay, and a great view of the beach, but just as easy to walk down stairs and around to the actual beach! There for a comfortable and relaxing 6 days/5 nights. No complaints at all, just good relaxing atmosphere between two very busy hotels. The Villas beach was just easy going, laid back, and nice and quiet. Easy to come and go to and from the condo to all parts of West Bay and Georgetown. We toured the island at our pace with our rented car.

We are a family of 4, with two teenage girls. This was our first stay at the Villas of the Galleon (VG), and our overall impression is very positive. VG is a collection of cheerful three-story condominiums in the middle of Seven Mile Beach (7MB), wedged between the resorts of Ritz (R) and Westin(W). All buildings are literally steps away from the beach. It is a short (15min, $40) ride away from the airport. VG provides daily room cleaning, beach towels and beach shares; VG has no on-site restaurant and no pool (which we didn't really miss) Rooms: spacious, elegant, practical and clean. Rooms have ocean-view balconies, TVs, safe, washer/drier and excellent kitchen with all appliances. Staff: no complain. Everyone here is very pleasant and helpful; Minor maintenance issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Beach: Arguably, the best I've seen in the Caribbean. It isn't broad, but beautiful and clean, no seaweed etc. Tall casuarina pines create natural shade (a major plus) and a scattering of soft needle on the sand (a minor minus ). Plenty of beach chairs; large chest with beach toys for the kids VG employs a beach guard to keep an eye on your possessions. Sea: beautiful, warm, with sandy bottom and little or no waves. Perfect for swimming. No sea urchins, rocks or jellyfish. The girls did got a few stings from the microscopic jellies called sea itch; They are an occasional presence along the 7MG. It was a minor nuisance.

We normally stay at the Westin. But our son and his girlfriend traveled with us this year so I looked for places with 2 bedrooms. Villas came up so I checked it out and it was just what we needed so I booked it. I have no regrets. The place was great and still right on the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

The only problems we had was with the shower. The water got all over the floor wile taking a shower. who ever designed the shower did not take a shower in it. The other was the bed was very hard to sleep in we felt as we were sleeping in a hole

Ms. Lisa really helped and accommodated our needs/questions. She also helped setup an excursion w/ Captain Clinton, which was an amazing experience. Captain Clinton was AWESOME !!!

Very nice, slightly dated condo. The staff were always very polite and usually went above and beyond to help us really enjoy our stay. There was a plumbing work incident on a Saturday, and they fixed it perfectly and with lightning speed! We were thrilled at the beautiful and spansive beachfront. Walking distance to grocery store of surprising value and selection and some of the finest SMB restaurants and activities. No pool or hot tub and slightly dated unit were the main reasons for 4/5 rating. Otherwise a heavenly location to spend 10 days!

The Villas are located between the Ritz Carlton and the Westin with their own private beach at half the cost of the hotels. Very comfortable, nice furniture and equipped with anything you could possibly need, clean, immaculate grounds. There is no pool but you can use the hotel pools. Management (Lisa) is wonderful and will take care of any problem immediately. One of the best restaurants on the island, Legends is across the street and has an enormous menu and great food. Highly recommend.
