We really enjoyed staying here. Waking distance to beach with chairs, umbrella and a cooler readily available. Keidys was responsive and helpful. Overall, I’d stay in this unit again.
Excellent. Keidys our host was very friendly and a good communicator. One bedroom plus couch bed plus trundle bed. Balcony was great. Third floor unit and very quiet. Security and cleaners on site regularly.

Excellent location on Seven Mile Beach!
The location was perfect! You can access Seven Mile Beach just across the street by using the Public Beach Access. The beach there is beautiful with soft sand and is very walkable The Grove provided a unique vibe with shopping stores and restaurants on the first floor and housing units on the second and third floors. The property is well taken care of and immaculately landscaped with a modern vibe. We felt safe because we saw security walking around the complex several times daily. They are constructing phase 2 of the Grove on the side of the building we stayed on. Construction noise was expected, they worked sun up to sun down, but it did not bother us. The rooster crowing in the middle of the night was more of a nuisance. My partner and I stayed 6 nights in this rental. It is suitable for 2 adults. The location of the unit is on the 3rd floor and the end unit (so you only have neighbors on one side). There is an elevator and stairs for access with a key fob which is a good safety measure. The unit is small and basic design. It consists of 1 bedroom with a queen-sized bed, one bathroom with a stand-up shower, and a living/kitchen/dining combo. There is a sofa bed in the living area (we only used it as a larger couch). There is one TV and it is in the living area. The kitchen has a small oven that also functions as a microwave. There is a small stovetop, toaster, and coffee maker. There were plenty of dishes. It has a small balcony with 2 chairs and a small table.

Perfect Tropical Paradise
My husband and I loved staying at The Grove, #51. The condo was located above numerous different shops and restaurants which came in handy during our stay. We could conveniently walk downstairs to get a bite to eat or a coffee. They also had their own small grocery store with essentials at a reasonable price for cooking our own meals when we chose. It had all four essentials we were looking for on our vacation: a pool, a grill, free parking and beach access. Access to Seven Mile Beach was directly across the street. It was helpful that the condo included 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels, a beach umbrella and a drying rack for hanging up wet swimsuits. It also had it's own private washer and dryer in the unit which was great for doing beach laundry when needed. Island Naturals(downstairs)became our favorite restaurant for anytime of day with a focus on vegan and healthy eating. Keidys (property manager for the condo) was extremely helpful, responsive and accommodating. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Grand Cayman!
