L7 Myeongdong Hotel by Lotte is an excellent place to stay in Seoul. The hotel is ideally located in one of the city’s most vibrant areas, surrounded by outstanding restaurants, popular attractions, and convenient transportation options, including nearby train stations as well as easy access to taxis and buses. This makes it extremely convenient for tourists. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service provided by the staff. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests, going above and beyond whenever possible. Their attentiveness and professionalism made our stay especially enjoyable. The room was modern, clean, and beautifully maintained. The bathroom was excellent, housekeeping standards were consistently high, and towels and amenities were always fresh. Even the elevators were smooth and comfortable, adding to the overall pleasant experience. My wife and I had a wonderful stay and were very satisfied with the service, cleanliness, and overall quality of the hotel. We would gladly recommend L7 Myeongdong Hotel by Lotte to anyone visiting Seoul.

Excellent location, near subway, night food street, shopping, convenience stores, etc. Opposite the multi-storey Daiso. Checking in and out was easy. Rooms, bedsheets and towels were clean. Only thing is - bathroom was not enclosed. It would be good to have at least a roller blind or curtain to cover the area.

We absolutely loved our 10 day stay at the L7! The hotel thinks of everything to make sure your stay is perfect: free Nespresso coffee makers, microwaves in the lounge, bottled waters which can be refilled at the filtered water/ice stations on every floor, new bottles every day if you want. The beds are literally the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. The cleaning staff could not be kinder or more attentive-they were absolutely wonderful. We will stay here again if we find ourselves in Seoul! The location couldn’t be better-the Myeongdong station is just outside the hotel lobby and just around the corner are the bustling shops and markets. If I had to criticize anything it would be that the rooms are on the smaller side, for sure. Of the three hotels we stayed at in S. Korea during our 2 week stay, this had the smallest rooms by far. However, this was our favorite hotel, by far!

Love the vibe! The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. The restrooms are small, but they serve their purpose. The rooms also lacked a microwave, which would have been nice for warming up food. Overall, it's a great stay, just a hop, skip, and a jump to Myeong-dong street market, the subway, and a taxi line right outside of the hotel.
