Location is fine

Couldnโ€™t control the TV with the remote. One of the staff spoke some English and helped still the remote. It was a daily battle. The bathtub has a space between it and the wall Hass to be a breeding ground for mold, but I didnโ€™t see any maybe because itโ€™s brand new?

Very quaint hotel off main street. Walking distance to convenient stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. Short walk 5o Sinchon station and Ewha Women's University. Room was quiet and very clean. Staff was very courteous.

They have a problem with cleanliness! We got showed 3 different rooms by the very helpful and lovely guy in the reception, but none of them were clean. There were dirty spots on the sheets, the furniture, and the mirrors still had hand prints on them. The guy in the reception was super helpful and gave us some refund, because we did not want to stay there. Found another hotel the same day.

this hotel is in the shopping district of sinchon and subway/bus stops. very convenient. the room was clean and well maintained with a small refrigerator stocked with beverages. the bathroom has a modern toilet with bidet, shower and a tub. friendly, helpful and professional staff at the front desk.

Location : near sinchon stn, in the middle of sinchon neighborhood.. so Iโ€™d say good location in sinchon area Facilities : generally not bad, especially clean toilet and bed (good and clean are different). However other facilities in the room are not enough to be considered as 3 star hotel. Staffs : Iโ€™d appreciate their kindness and honesty in that I paid additional KRW 20,000 for losing my security card and they gave me the money back saying they got my lost security card from the convenient store right next to the hotel, where I lost that card. (One of the members was proficient in English and thatโ€™s another plus point) Cost : Reasonable cost within sinchon area However, if thereโ€™s no irreplacable reason that you gotta stick to Sinchon, Iโ€™d recommend going to other area for accomodation, because the cost in sinchon area for accomodation is overinflated.

The service quality is so-so, luggage storage service is not provided, housekeeping will not be arranged unless request in service counter everyday. The amenities in the room are insufficient, and you have to ask for them to be provided. Additionally, staying on the lower floors can be quite noisy due to street sounds. The staff all appear expressionless, and overall, the experience is just so-so.
