Beautiful hotel, we stayed in the 2-bedroom/2-bathroom suite with full kitchen, washer/dryer, living and dining room. We enjoyed views of the city and Namsan Tower from our rooms. The staff was friendly and very helpful in arranging our transportation to the airport for our departure date. Food was also amazing for in-room dining with traditional Korean cuisine options. The hotel and staff are excellent. Not the most happening neighborhood. But I chose the hotel for its location- right next to the Yongsan train/subway station and that served its purpose well.

The service and room were very good, but the wait to check-in was long. The pool had a funny smell and the breakfast buffet was so-so.
