The staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The room was cleaned daily and toiletries and water replaced without any issues. The facilities were very good and the events were very enjoyable. My wife had a Zanti appointment and she really enjoyed it. We would happily book again. It might be worth considering a designated kids area at the pool.

We traveled all the way from Puerto Rico to Bali for our honeymoon, and staying at Courtyard by Marriott Bali Seminyak Resort was one of the best decisions we made. From the moment we arrived, every part of the experience exceeded our expectations. The security team, front desk, concierge, and the staff who helped with our luggage were all incredibly welcoming and professional. The hospitality throughout the entire stay was outstanding. Room service was excellent, housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the food was delicious with an impressive variety. The atmosphere across the resort is relaxing, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The pool, the rooms, the bathrooms, and the spa were all exceptional and made our stay feel truly special. They were also extremely punctual and responsible with the excursions we booked, and at the end of our stay they ensured we got safely to the airport. This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. A 10/10 doesn’t feel like enough — they truly excel in everything.

Staff were great. If you have young kids, be very careful around the pool. There is artificial grass and it gets incredibly hot. A few adults were burning their feet. A child could be badly burnt. You should really expect better of a Marriott hotel.

This is our 4th stay in 2 years! The staff here are incredible! They remember our daughter every time - Dhikha Ayu Teju omg theres so many to name Yuki Diah Komang Debbie we just are always so blown away at the incredible genuine and warm welcome we get at this resort. The facilities are SO clean, the standards are super high and everytime we go there's an area being upgraded or renovated! There is literally a man diving in the mornings to scrub and clean the pool tiles - I've never seen anything like it - the attention to detail by management and staff is incredible. We always try to change it up by trying a different resort each trip (we lovr Bali so try going often) and each trip we realise time and time again how superior this resort is.
