Staff at front desk were cold unhelpful and don’t care at all. The rooms were the filthiest I’ve ever seen and I stayed in hotels in over 58 countries. Shower smelled badly. Carpet and elevator floor were filthy. There was nothing good about this hotel. Stay somewhere else, please. Very disappointing experience.

1-The elevator doesn’t work properly, very frustrating. 2-Small rooms like un Tokyo, you have so many other better choices in the town for the same or lower price. 3- Smelly corridors and rooms Nice view, nice staff at reception, don’t worth to stay there.

Pleasant Stay :)

First time visit to Semarang. Hotel is nicely located in the center of town, only about 15-20 mins by car from Airport. Facilities look new, upbeat and polished. Room is spacious and clean. Staff is friendly, although English skills for restaurant staffs need to improve. Breakfast buffet is good with lots of dishes and choices. Overall it’s a nice and pleasant stay. Will likely return.

Comfortable hotel

This is a nice, comfortable hotel where the facilities esp hot water is surprisingly well maintained compared to other hotels i have stayed with. Beds are large. Location is good and convenient facilities nearby. But bedsheets, pillows and blankets need to be aired and washed regularly. Strong body smell and musty odour Windows could be cleaned regularly as they are quite dirty. Restaurant food could be improved - pasta is very good but the rest of locals like Fried Rice is salty, and Oxtail Soup quite strong smell and spices are light.

Great Stay

Probably the best option for the price in Semarang. This new Louis has an even nicer pool (than Simpang Lima), and while the rooms are a bit smaller, are also nicer. Location is decent, with enough options to walk to, and fairly central.

Room no multiple plugs for charging. Only Indon power points. I went down to front office and had to insist they supply me the adapter. Took me awhile of insisting before they supply me the adapter which they had but not willing to lend me initially. Also when I asked for 1.30pm check out, as usual, I had to threaten to rate them negatively before the manager finally agreed to let me stay till 1pm. His excuse - hotel full. I found out indirecttly that it was only 50% occupied. Its annoying. Why cant they be generous with my request instead of me having to express my annoyance before they give in. Positive - beautiful infinity pool area n jacuzzi jets v strong. We enjoyed relaxing in pool area for several hrs.
