This 3,000+ sq ft House features a new 3,000 sq ft barn with an INDOOR Pickleball court, ping pong table, spike ball, and corn hole. It also boasts a gym/yoga studio. Forget your worries while relaxing by the firepit. Drink your coffee with amazing views on the back deck or grill out with our Hibachi style grill. This house sits on 2 acres of land and is just 10 minutes from downtown Louisville. The house boasts 2 office spaces, 2 living rooms, 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. Quiet neighborhood close to all.

The Space:
This House features a brand new INDOOR Pickleball court with professional Sportmaster Surface. Huge wrap around deck with patio furniture and fire pit. View of the knobs and forest behind the house. This house has its own gym! Enjoy the treadmill, elliptical, free weights and yoga studio. Outside Downstairs is a hammock, outdoor seatings area, and grill. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub! This house sits on 2 acres of land and is just 10 minutes from downtown Louisville. The house boasts 2 office spaces, 2 living rooms, a full wrap around outdoor deck, 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms.

Bedroom and Bathroom Layout:
On the Main Floor:
Bedroom 1 (Master King): Has a King bed with a connected Master Bathroom with a Bath Tub and Shower.
Bedroom 2 (Queen): Has a Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 (Twin, Office, Futon): Has a Twin Bed and a Futon that folds out. It also serves as an office.
Bedroom 4 (Full Murphy Bed and Gym): Has a Full Bed (Murphy Style Bed). It also serves as a gym
Bathroom 1: Master Bathroom connected to Master Bedroom, includes Bathtub with jets and Shower
Bathroom 2: Hall Bathroom includes 1 shower that serves as a bath or shower.

In the Basement:
Bedroom 5 (King and Twin): Has King Bed and Twin Bed.
Bedroom 6 (Twin and Office): Has a twin Bed and also serves as an office.
Bathroom 3: Hall Bath that includes a shower.

Games are provided in the basement (Uno, Jenga, OLSA wooden throwing game, Books, Yahtzee)

Barn:
3,200 square feet with Pickleball, Ping Pong, Spike Ball, and Corn Hole. 6 Chairs provided and mini fridge.

Gym:
Enjoy a workout. Includes large TV, mirrors, weights, bands, treadmill, elliptical, yoga mats, and shaking workout platform.

Please note the sink in the gym is very old. It has been cleaned but may appear old.


Note: inside the Garage there are two Schwin Bikes and helmets that can be used to ride around the neighborhood.

Guest Access:
Guests can access the entire space. The only place off limits is the unfinished section of the basement (not shown in pictures).

The Neighborhood:
Downtown Louisville is 15 minutes away. Downtown Jeffersonville and New Albany are 10 minutes away. Famous Huber's winery is 15 minutes away. There are multiple parks nearby and also lots of food and restaurant options within 2 miles.

Getting Around:
15 minute drive to downtown louisville. Take an uber or bring your car and park yourself.

Other Things to Note:
Note the gym is a large space and also includes a full murphy bed. The gym serves as a bedroom and a gym. The smaller basement bedroom also includes an office.

The house was built in 1985. It has been partially remodeled, but some original items and fixtures remain. Please keep that in mind.

3 of the bedroom closets will be shut off during your stay. Each room includes dressers or drawers or closet space though if needed.

Note the owner lives here part time, this house is not an exclusive Airbnb.
