We were unable to get WiFi which was important to us to plan the next day of trip Unable to call office as cell phone would not work Poor lighting outside- we arrived late and the light outside our room was out.

Good location if you are going to Havasupai. Less than a 90 min drive. Creepy decor everywhere on the property. Rooms are very dated.

Location was convenient. Hotel is old but does give it character.

Love this place from top to bottom. Bring extra blankets and possibly a space heater if you are going in winter, but we keep coming back because it is so great.

Pick up location for Grand Canyon River Tour. Old inn featuring Route 66 memorabilia. Abundance of birds, especially in the mulberry tree. Close to the caverns and a decent restaurant.

Great place that is both very neat and charming. The breakfast isn't great, but not too bad either.

For $150 a night, this motel was disappointing. Beds were comfortable, quiet location, but bathrooms run down, and in need of significant upgrading. Continental breakfast was very basic. Adding some yogurt, fresh fruit and hard boiled eggs would help.

Hotel is really old. Staff is nice and hotel is clean. Walls are thin. We could hear every word from the tv next door. Most folks staying here are getting up early for Havasu hike, so folks go to bed early. Good place to stay if you are hiking Havasu the following morning. It's about an hour and a half drive.

Visited with my grown kids, 20 somethings, on a Christmas season holiday driving vacation around Arizona. We really all enjoyed the quirky, old artifacts and the large cave tour, and tour guide. Renovations are a work in progress here, but everything needed for a comfortable overnight stay is here, in this isolated location.

Room was very dusty, cobwebs and looked like ceiling fans were never cleaned. Couches coated with dust. Refrigerator didn't work. Side door didn't even close all the way, let alone latch or lock. We arrived in dark and we're initially given wrong directions to try to find the building at the back of a dark lot. Not recommended for anyone with allergies.

Better than some motel 6 I have stayed in. The tv it self was on its last leg. Realy enjoyed the quiet surroundings. All staff was real nice and helpful.

This room had everything you need after the long hike down the canyon. The shower was hot. The bed was comfortable. The lodge was close to all the waterfalls, restaurant, and store.

Retro themed. Just what you want on historic Rte 66. Comfortable rooms, friendly service . Where else would you find a nearly life sized Betty Boop, an immense Pez collection. Nurture your nostalgia and stay here.

Off the beaten path on old Route 66 this place is like you are caught in a time warp. It was probably built in the 50's-60's and it was never changed since. I must say that the room while very old school (19 " tube TV with 12 channels) was very clean with fluffy bath towels. My biggest complaint is that since it is old the windows are single pane and the door was not weather sealed, we were awakened' and could listen to everything from our neighbors when they showed up at 12:30am and then when they checked out at 5:30am. You also get the pleasure of hearing the plumbing whine every time someone in the motel uses the bathroom. So if you need a clean place to sleep for a few hours, bring your ear plugs, enjoy the funkiness, and then go on your way with everyone else that seemed to be leaving at 6:30am

We apologize about the WiFi and the lighting, those are two big issues we try hard to stay on top of out here in the middle of nowhere. Thank you for letting us know about both.
