With a living area of 150 sqm, Villa Serenita offers space for 6+2 people in three modern bedrooms with smart TV and air conditioning, as well as three fully equipped bathrooms, a kitchen and a harmoniously designed living and dining room.

A large pool of 40 sqm directly in front of the villa invites you to swim and relax. For those who prefer swimming in the crystal-clear sea, the beach is only 25m from the villa.



Relax on the comfortable sun loungers, with a cool drink, immerse yourself in your favourite book, or simply let yourself be enchanted by the view of the blue Adriatic Sea.



The simple elegance extends from the outdoor area to the bedrooms and will enchant you. In the interior, a living area with a fireplace awaits you, where you can relax and listen to your favourite music.

Pets are welcome (max. 2 dogs up to 25kg).
