Missing supplies

One roll of bargain brand paper towels was provided and there was no detergent for the dish washer. There also was no dish rag. Otherwise, our stay went well.

2019 family vacation

We were impressed with the property and amenities...very nice. The only issue I have is with the trash/recycle policy you have. If you’re staying in a property for an entire week, you’re going to have a good amount of trash and recycling. To expect “your guest” to haul it to the community dumpster in between trash hauler pick-ups is not appropriate. Trash I can understand because it’s picked up twice a week, but recycling? It’s a bit over the top. Speaking of trash & recycling, it wouldn’t hurt to have someone power wash those receptacles on a consistent basis...they were nasty. Bayside is beautiful and our family had a wonderful experience...would strongly consider returning.

When leaving the property it was a real pain to get the lock to open and close. Also we didn’t get to use the passes only one day. I think that you shouldn’t have to pay an extra fee. It’s not the visitor fault that the activities are closed. The beach at the point should not be advertised as a beach. Barely enough room fir a beach chair. And the water was dirty. Other than that it was a very enjoyable stay.

Well appointed home suited our needs

I rented this home for myself, my two adult children and their families. Each family took one of the masters and I was left with the kids room, bottom bunk. That bed was hard! Other than that, the house fit our needs. My 3 yo granddaughter said, “This house is so pretty.” The air wasn’t working and the manager sent a team over within an hour. They found a more or less serious issue, but even that was resolved the same day with little interruption to our plans.

Beautiful neighborhood!! Nice and quiet off season. We plan on buying ourselves w/in the next 2 or three years so this kind of solidified our desire to live there year round

Great Value, Great Location

Our family was looking for a spacious, comfortable, functional, modern location for a family gathering. Our Bayside Resort home rental was fantastic. The house was very clear and in perfect condition. We would repeat a trip to this location in the future. Great value in a great location.

Great home!! Great community!!!

Loved the home! Very spacious and allowed for all of the adults to have alone time when needed, without crowding each other. Having 3 bathrooms was fantastic as well!! Only complaint is previous tenants didn't take garbage to dumpster at the end of their stay, and the garbage can was full. With it being so hot, the garbage started to smell terrible, which made the garage smell until pickup day (Monday). Nothing the owners could do, that's why I'm still giving 5 stars. Would DEFINITELY stay here again! Beds were super comfortable and there was a pack and play and booster chair, which made my son's nap time a lot easier, being that we didn't have to bring our pack and play downstairs or have him upstairs without a monitor.

Very clean and nice place

This was our first time in Fenwick and we loved it. Such a nice community. Or 4 and 6 year old boys loved riding their bikes through the neighborhood. The home was very nice and clean and has everything we needed. Lots to do in the area too.

A fine week in Fenwick

We loved it. Just a short drive to the beach. Parking is free at the beach. The beach is free(unlike a lot of NJ). Plenty to do around the community the house is in. Pool area is great. I had a blast just playing ping pong with my daughter. Tennis, volleyball etc.. My kids loved the Kayaking. Lots of biking. Plenty of dinning near by....more than you will have time for.. The house was beautiful. I bring a trailer for all my gear and bicycles and we just put it in the large garage. Lots of TVs , good internet. We will be back

Very nice and clean.

Our stay was very nice. However when we got the house I had no idea that was split in half like a duplex. It wasn't really a problem but it was just a surprise and I wish the house was a little larger. It worked well for our family over all. When we picked up our keys we weren't explained how we had to get our pool passes for Bayside from the welcome center. We checked in around 4 and by the time we got around to get our pass's, they were closed. We had two disappointed kids. Just thought it could have been communicated better on how we had to do that. The house was a very nice stay though and I would recommend friends and family.

Lovely house, great stay

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend with our 10 year old daughter and her 2 friends. Everyone loved the house. It was beautifully decorated, well equipped, spotlessly clean and generally very pleasant to stay in. The bed was so comfortable that we took a photo of brand and are seriously considering buying it for our home. Handy for Fenwick Island and Ocean City. We all wished we could stay longer!

Sweet week, peace and quiet .

Were looking forward to a peaceful week and we got it at this Location. Property was very clean and what was promised was there. Only thing I thought was strange was little things that you have laying around from guest or the owner was not there, example games, glass cleaner , cards Not a big deal though. Bed and baths were big , kitchen very nice. Living room was small and the leather couch not real comfortable . The dog enjoyed being with us and that was a plus . Beautiful pool and no one there and the sun was a plus , we did not mind but you did have to drive there . Only thing that would have been nice would have been a couple of bicycles as a great place to ride. Stores down the street had everything you wanted . overall a great time had by all. Thank You.

Outstanding property and community

A very nice home that exceeded our expectations. Although in prior years we would normally spend most days at the beach, we found enough activities in Bayside to keep us busy for all but 1 day as the kids wanted to go to the beach at least once. We found the home to be very clean and well maintained. The check in process was quick and easy. All of the Bayside staff that we communicated with were very friendly. We spent most days at the main pool. Having the food store, pizza and ice cream shop adjacent to Bayside was very convenient. Also, the seafood store (Rippons ?) up the road across from Food Lion had a great selection of seafood at reasonable prices. We hope to return again in the future.

Another Awesome Vacation at Bayside

Overall, our vacation was wonderful. The resort has many things to do for kids/family. We enjoy the pool a lot and always go kayaking and crabbing at the Pier. We are looking forward to the expansions in the near future. The house was great and spacious. We went to Sunset Grille on Sunset Avenue which had awesome food and great atmosphere. Jungle Jims is also one of our favorite things to do. WE always spend a day there. It's a water park in Rehoboth.
