Stunning location and fantastic lodge

We had a wonderful stay here. The lodge was clean and warm and really had the WOW factor. Everything had been thought of and the location was so peaceful. The hot tub was fantastic overlooking the lake. We had a great stay and will be returning in the future

Brilliant

We had a brilliant, relaxing and all round great and comfrtable stay here at Oakwood Lodge. The lodge is finished to a high standard, has beautiful views, lovely walks around the area and has absolutely everything and more that you could need. The hot tub was a real highlight to our stay. Thanks for such a brilliant time! We will be back.

2 night break

We had a fantastic stay. Check in was so easy. The lodge was absolutely perfect, so spacious and very well presented. The kitchen area has everything you need and more. The location is amazing overlooking the lake, and even though there are lodges either side of you it is very private. The hot tub was fantastic especially using it after dark. What a great start to our year of celebrations for our 25th wedding anniversary. We will definitely return.

This lodge really had the Wow factor. The outdoor space was amazing with the hot tub and the projector. It really was a fantastic chilled out place and we will be returning in the future. Hosts were really responsive. Thankyou for a great stay team

Beautiful, peaceful, relaxing and just simply incredible!

We stayed at oaskwood lodge and were absolutely blown away by the lodge itself and the scenery around. The hot tub and facilities were fantastic and we had everything we cold possibly need. The lodges have recentky been refurbished by the new owners and I have to say that the standards are unmatched. Beautifully executed and nothing has been missed. We treuly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to come back! 5 Stars all day long!!!

Amazing

Me and my partner booked Oakwood lodge for 3 days and I was amazed at how chic, modern and aesthetically pleasing the whole cabin was. It was clean, comfortable bed, a warm house presence, well equipped and to top it off the hot tub with the outside projector was a great idea. I really loved my stay and I would definitely come back again. Just a few minor issues which was a curtain for the outside door as the reflection was shining on the tv in the living room which was hard to watch anything and for the shower in the bedroom to maybe have a door as we noticed a lot of water was splashing onto the floor and onto the bed but other than that, I had an amazing time.

Dead spider next to dresser table, old stain on bedding cover, cob webs on seating tables outside, leaves swept under the outside sofa cover and dirty sofa under the cover. Could be cleaned a lot more professionally Not hot tub instructions in regards to when the tube gets cold as we tried the second night and it was too cold to stay in. Would be nice to have instructions to re heat. Overall the stay was really nice and I would definitely re visit!
