Die 1. Nacht mussten wir wegen Fehlbelegung in einer sehr niedrigen Hotelkategorie verbringen, wurden dann aber entschädigt durch höhere Kategorie als gebucht. Personal in allen Bereichen sehr hilfsbereit, höflich und aufmerksam. Eingehendere Kontrolle bei Mieterwechsel wäre sinnvoll: Nachttischlampe brannte nicht; Laken hatte Flecken; Zimmertür nicht mit Schnapper zu schließen, nur mit Schlüssel und Schloss; Safe vom Vorgänger verriegelt hinterlassen. Frühstücksbüfett reichlich (Käse gerne auch andere Sorten) und gut; Abendessen gute Wahlmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis für einen Ort wie Seefeld/Tirol.

Mycket bra läge, men hotell med mycket låg service, slitet hotell. Daglig städning, men man bäddade bara sängarna ocg töme papperskorgen, toalett städades inte. Fitness skulle ingå, men var nerlagdt sedan flera år. Frukost skulle ingå, men fick betala 12 E extra per dag och person. Trevlig personal.

Top Lage, Mangel an Sauberkeit

Das Personal am Empfang und beim Frühstück ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Beim Frühstück ist für jeden was dabei. Die Zimmer sind allerdings Katastrophe. So gut wie keine Steckdosen, extrem durchgelegene Betten, überall Risse in den Wänden und dazu noch sehr schmutzig. Bei uns im Bad lagen überall schwarze Haare, in der Dusche sogar Büschelweise!!! Absolut ecklig. Hotel hätte eine Top Lage mit teilweise Blick über ganz Seefeld. Zu Fuß ist man in ca 10 Minuten im Ort und gegenüber befindet sich ein Skilift, aber bitte zuerst an den Zimmern arbeiten!!

Det er et meget gammelt og slidt hotel. Billederne på hjemmesiden er ikke opdateret i mange år :-( der var meget beskidt over alt, møblerne og senge var trætte og slidt :-( ikke et sted vi kommer tilbage til.. det eneste positive på stedet, var tjeneren i restauranten.. hun var super sød og smilende virkelig et plus for stedet :-)

Dårlig receptionsbehandling.

Vi havde bestilt et deluxe-værelse med balkon og udsigt til Seefeld. Ved ankomsten fik vi i stedet et mindre værelse med terrasse og beliggende i kælderen i forhold til receptionen og uden udsigt. Vi klagede og fik derefter anvist et værelse, som opfyldte det lovede.

Værelserne var ikke gjort rene da vi kom til tjek-in kl.15, og vi måtte vente 1,5 time. Toiletdøren kunne ikke lukkes på værelset, da døren var ved at falde ud af karmen. Dagen efter fik vi et andet værelse. Morgenmaden var ok. Ikke noget prangende. Billederne på nettet viste flot legeplads til børnene og fin mad, svarede dog ikke til virkeligheden. Seefeld er en rigtig fin by med mange fine caféer, butikker m.m.

We traveled with family and booked and paid for 3 family suites only to find out at our arrival, the hotel gave them to other guests and would not reimburse us. We had to cram 7 people in 3 single rooms with queen beds. Nightmare!

Schönes Hotel, Organisation leider ein Fremdwort.

Haben 2 Nächte übers Wochenende gebucht. Kahmen Abends gegen 21:00 Uhr an, dort wurde uns gesagt, dass unser Zimmer aufrund einer Verlängerung einer größeren Gruppe erst Morgen nach dem Frühstück zur Verfügung steht. Wir wurden dann in ein anderes, minderwertigeres Hotel verwiesen. Wir kamen zum frühstücken ins Hotel zurück. Nach dem Frühstück wurde uns dann gesagt dass unsere Zimmer erst um 12:00 Uhr zur Verfüngung steht. Wir wollten nach dem Frühstück eigentlich schnell duschen und uns umziehen, da wir einen Wanderausflug machen wollten. Wir haben dann mit dem Personal an der Rezeption vereinbart dass wir erst am Abend zurückkommen aber uns wurde versichert dass das kein Problem sei und dass wir auch Abends noch unser Zimmer bekommen. Uns wurde sogar ein Uprade versprochen. Mussten uns dann im Auto umziehen.. und hatten einen tollen Tag im Berg. Erschöpft, hungrig und kaputt kamen wir dann Abends wieder am Hotel an und uns wurde gesagt dass usere Hotelzimmer schon wieder!! vergeben wurde da angeblich nichts an ihn weitergegeben wurde.. Wollten eigentlich nur schnell unsere Sachen reinbringen und uns umziehen und was Essen gehen.. Wir bekamen dass Zimmer dann letztendlich nach einer halben Stunde aber der Gast der unser Zimmer hatte wurde dafür auch wieder wie wir in ein anderes minderwertigeres Hotel verfrachtet.. Am morgen danach wurden wir dann auch noch an der Rezeption angeplaumt da es ja nicht ihre Schuld war.. Also alles andere als Organisiert und Kundenorientiert..

Gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis , freundliches Servicepersonal ! Bei schönem Winterwetter ( fast jeden Tag Sonne ) und Temperaturen um die 10° C ist man ohnehin nur zu den Mahlzeiten und zum Schlafen im Hotel . Wenn man dann nach einem ereignisreichen Urlaubstag am späten Nachmittag in ein sonnendurchflutetes Zimmer vom Langlauf oder von den Abfahrten zurückkehrt , ist der Urlaubstag perfekt. Esperienza pessima: la cena era così cattiva che abbiamo chiesto di annullare la mezza pensione. Dopo essere stati rassicurati che la nostre cene non erano più prenotate siamo andati in ristoranti esterni all'albergo, per poi scoprire che comunque avremmo dovuto pagare la mezza pensione al check out. La scortesia assoluta apparente era invece furbizia e disonestà. Mancava la birra al bar e a cena (in Austria!!!) Personale scortese e incapace di parlare inglese. Non informano su condizioni e servizi per poi fregarvi al check out. Connessione internet non presente in camera, mentre sul sito è pubblicizzata. Stanze anguste con arredamento decadente. Bagni microscopici, con sanitari paleolitici. Pulizia generale della stanza e dei bagni al minimo tollerabile. Se volete evitare di rovinarvi la vacanza, NON scegliete questo albergo. Nella cittadina di Seefeld sono presenti altre strutture a miglior rapporto qualità prezzo.

Løynaktig betjening og ledelse.

Nedslående service. Hadde fått bekreftelse på mail men kom til hotellet og fikk beskjed om at vi skulle bo et annet sted. Det skulle være samme eiere og samme gruppe. Det vi ble fortalt var direkte løgn, sannsynligvis hadde de overbooket og ikke ville innrømme feilen. På toppen av det hele hadde de reservert ett dobbelt og ett enkeltrom til oss (4 voksne), men ville ikke innrømme at de hadde gjort noe feil. Dagen etter ble vi oppsøkt av hotellets "manager" - et ufyselig og nedlatende kvinnfolk som fortsatte lyvingen; vi ble booket på et annet hotell siden vi kom etter ni mens realiteten var at de hadde bestilt og hentet nøkler allerede klokken fem om ettermiddagen. Hørte senere at stedet ikke hadde noe godt rykte i bransjen. HOLD DERE UNNA DETTE STEDET!!!!!

Desappointing

Five night with my familly. Good points : the room was big enough (suite for 3 persons), the breakfast is correct for an free one and tables are reserved by family name every morning. Very good. The place is nice and very close to walking tracks or skiing structures. Bad points : the rooms looked very old fashionned and old also. The carpet looked dirty. One of the two taps was not working, as for the ligth in the bathroom. The soap and shampoo have not been refilled so we had nothing to wash ourselves after 3 days. Beds were a little "tired" (too limp) to my point of view. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, regarding to the cost/quality ratio.
