This home is situated out of the busyness of downtown Sedona, but only a short drive to the hustle and bustle. The home is showing some wear and tear. The walls could definitely use a fresh coat of paint, and updated coffee pot and matching mugs would be a nice touch. However, the unfortunate part of our stay was upon entering the home, the grounds were a bit unkempt, weeds and spider webs in the corner of the entry stairs. but the shocker was the condition of the interior home, it was visibly dirty. The windows, were dirty the home dusty, dirty floors, stained carpets, and crumbs in the kitchen cabinets. The mirrors in the bathrooms were streaked, and some of the bedding needed to be rewashed before our guest would sleep in it.
Okay… THE GOOD NEWS, the owner Parker took immediate action, once I informed him of the condition, he was so upset, and honestly felt awful. He was unable to view the condition the cleaners were leaving his property. He said he will refund our cleaning deposit, and hire a deep cleaning crew to come to the home, as well as hiring a new cleaning crew. Now that’s taking action! The house is large and spacious and has a wonderful layout to give each guest a bedroom and bathroom. The game room was our favorite spot in the house, we played games, puzzled, and played shuffleboard, which our adult kids had a blast! We appreciated all the extras the house had. The swim spa, and the grill, and outdoor seating was nice!
