Great place to stay. Open, spacious, big back yard which is beautiful to sit in during the day or night. Nice game room that allowed plenty of seating to watch TV sports, shuffle board, plenty of Non TV games to play. Nice area to talk a walk. Recommend to friends and will stay again on our next visit. Great hosts.

Girls Trip Birthday Celebration

This home was simply beautiful and spacious enough to meet the needs for our group of 10. The backyard as pictured was lovely and inviting it provided enough space for a group yoga/sound therapy session. The hostess' response was wonderful and pro active which made communication easy. The location of the property was prime very close to all restaurants, grocers, shopping and more. Out of the many choices I am glad I chose this location and would gladly rent again.

Great 40th birthday weekend

We booked the house to celebrate my birthday with friends. We were 12 and the rooms/beds were perfect for 4 single guys (bunk bed room) and 4 couples. We were able to spread out and enjoyed both the game room and the outdoor space. We grilled and cooked several meals with ease. We especially appreciated that all the drawers and cabinets were labeled. House was up in the hills but close to everything we needed! Communication with hosts was quick and clear. Overall a wonderful weekend and we highly recommend staying here for a large group.

Amazing and Beautiful Property!

We fell in LOVE with this property. It was perfect for us. We had a wonderful time celebrating my daughters wedding and just enjoying our special family time. We did get a messgae that the neighbor complained about our music on Friday night which was kind of disappointing because we only had music playing for a very short period of time , well before the 9pm Sedona cutoff so we could witness the special "first dance" of the bride and groom. I believe we kept the music at a very reasonable volume level. (maybe they just dont like Ed Sheeran. Who knows?) It did make me anxious because there was really no reason for that to have happened. We are responsible and respectful people, not some wild bunch . (Well, my grandsons aged 4-6 can get a little spirited as we were celebrating and they were making cousin memories) with that said the property owner was amazing with communication and it was everything we hoped it would be so I am sad that the neighbor experience could keep us from considering this property in the future.

The perfect space for hosting

We just finished using this home to host our family as well as serve as a meeting point for the rest of our guests for our intimate wedding. The space was PERFECT for this due to its central location in Sedona, optimal Layout with the master bedroom being separate from the 4 spacious bedrooms, and all the necessities and amenities you could need. The kitchen is large with lots of beautiful gathering space inside and outside. There is also a game room where the men got ready, a ton of parking on the premises, and the whole space was beautiful, clean, and well organized. Parker is so responsive and understanding as a host, letting us check in early and even worked with us after we learned the backyard of this property could not serve as the main venue for our event due to local ordinances. We would highly recommend staying here and hope someday we will have a reason to return!!

Excellent Location

This home is situated out of the busyness of downtown Sedona, but only a short drive to the hustle and bustle. The home is showing some wear and tear. The walls could definitely use a fresh coat of paint, and updated coffee pot and matching mugs would be a nice touch. However, the unfortunate part of our stay was upon entering the home, the grounds were a bit unkempt, weeds and spider webs in the corner of the entry stairs. but the shocker was the condition of the interior home, it was visibly dirty. The windows, were dirty the home dusty, dirty floors, stained carpets, and crumbs in the kitchen cabinets. The mirrors in the bathrooms were streaked, and some of the bedding needed to be rewashed before our guest would sleep in it. Okay… THE GOOD NEWS, the owner Parker took immediate action, once I informed him of the condition, he was so upset, and honestly felt awful. He was unable to view the condition the cleaners were leaving his property. He said he will refund our cleaning deposit, and hire a deep cleaning crew to come to the home, as well as hiring a new cleaning crew. Now that’s taking action! The house is large and spacious and has a wonderful layout to give each guest a bedroom and bathroom. The game room was our favorite spot in the house, we played games, puzzled, and played shuffleboard, which our adult kids had a blast! We appreciated all the extras the house had. The swim spa, and the grill, and outdoor seating was nice!

So much potential but not worth the price

I hosted an event for ten at the property and was severely disappointed by the cleanliness and overall condition of the property. Five of us spent the first hour cleaning. Carpets are stained, the furniture is dated, garage cans were full, and sheets were soiled. Based on the lack of cleanliness in the house, we didn’t feel comfortable using the hot tubs. Thankfully, Parker refunded the cleaning fee but it didn’t seem like this was the first time a guest had this experience. Based on the location and layout, this house has a ton of potential but for what they charge, it needs to be cleaned up and updated.

Good location, sloppy cleanliness and maintenance

Nice house; well situated in a good neighborhood, good proximity to local amenities. What was lacking was overall cleanliness. Our children found all sorts of goodies in the backyard: broken glass, nails, screws, and paraphernalia from a recent bachelorette party. Several of the outdoor chairs were falling apart. One member of our party found used band aids on the floor of their bedroom closet.
