Nestled in the woods and hills. Loved it! Room close to restaurants and stores. Loved pool and outside fire pits. Great for getting together with friends and family.

Very convenient as for location. Staff very cordial and polite.

Clean and comfortable place to stay. Close to everything. A lot of activities near by. I had an amazing time in Sedona.

I stayed one night with my sister, we had a really good experience. first we had dinner in this really good restaurant right next to the hotel, service was really good. including the housekeeper from my room. I will hightly recommended

Got woke up early by our neighbors shower. I think that would be bad

I had a good Time, Good location. Salt water pool and jacuzzi

Good value for the cost. The room felt a little spare with decor, but it was comfortable and clean. The bathroom could use a little updating, but the bedroom and living room were in very good condition.

At check-in, they gave me a room that was already occupied!!! If you stay for less than 7 days, there is no room cleaning or bed making. The restaurant food in their more expensive restaurant rosemary chicken was not eatable. In the pizza restaurant, it took 25-30 min to get our drink order. My meal (fish & chips) was served and finished before my travelling companions got the 2 pizza they ordered. For repeat drinks, it took 20 minutes to get another glass of wine. The two restaurant experiences were just not acceptable. We had to ask another waiter to get our check at the end. Some man wondered around asking is everything was all right but that was before we got drinks- much too early. He s/b going around while the meal is being eaten!!

Concierge fumbled our reservations at restaurant but felt bad because he was new and nice however, senior management should have been shadowing him because we were the ones left without a view of the sunset at the restaurant. Also our tour of the hotel, was misscheduled. We spent an afternoon at the pool and it was difficult getting a drink. The bartender was by himself and running food and bartending. They need to look into staffing a pool side server along with the bartender

Very comfortable stay with a one bedroom suite. King sized bed was very comfortable, not so the living room furniture. WiFi was slow, but adequate.

Didn't take advantage of hotel amenities, but was a nice quite place to stay while in town for work.

We loved our room and the whole area! The activities were fun and we could only imagine how nice it is in the spring! We will tell our friends and stay next time in Sedona!

Everyone was very friendly & courteous. We enjoyed our time there & really love having breakfast at the little Inn right next door. This is a really hard one to combat, but we did see some cockroaches in our rooms. They were coming in under the outside door, so maybe better seals there. Thanks.

Los Abrigados was just what I expected. The rooms were spacious and the amenities were very good. While in Sedona I attended a wedding at the oldest resort in Sedona (not mentioning any names here) and I saw that resort and their rooms. I was glad I chose Los Abrigados which is just a 5 minute car ride away!

The hotel was in a great location but it is in desperate need of updating. The bed was not that comfortable. But overall, it was a decent stay.

Nice suite for two hidden area near tennis courts . Great location , will come back asap.

The location was refreshing, next to a flowing river, with cool breezes on 22 shaded acres. This was the original homestead of a family, (the wife was named Sedona. )The homestead was a farm, and garden, with animals and land. When the family sold the property to the resort, the family helped design the resort - trees, nature, and overall ambience were preserved. The rooms were clean, modern, well insulated, and very quiet. Multiple events like weddings, meetings, and activities going on had no impact on the peace and quiet. The staff make sure to keep it low key, relaxing, and restful. Lovely fountains and art (wind sculptures) are everywhere, and break up any condo like feeling. The pool was just right (not too cold), and the hot tub, very hot and nice. I didn't go to activities, but they looked fun and interesting. The central registration area is open, comfortable, and inviting. Guests are welcome to relax in sunken living room like spaces. I didn't use the spa, but I heard the spa services were excellent.

From the moment we checked in, the concierge would not take no thank you for an answer. It became very annoying and honestly too much to deal with. They even begun calling our room with there sales pitches......beyond riduclous. Our suite was not clean and we had misc bugs daily that crawled all over the kitchen.....GROSS! We didnt have any housecleaning nor did we get a garbage pickup (called the front desk twice asking for a garbage pick up and we asked concierge to send housekeeping during one of the many calls they made to our room) Our shower didnt even have a shower curtain. I was disappointed to say the very least. I have heard such wonderful things about this resort over the years. Sadly, none of them were true during our stay. I was so happy when I booked our vacation and had high hopes for a relaxing stay. From being harassed by the concierge to the bugs and then the lack of concern of cleanliness.....our stay was anything but relaxing.
