Very nice facilities, staff was nice, the room had everything that you needed at a good price. Parking was tight.

The hotel was very substandard. I don't believe the floors have been cleaned in who knows how long. Our feet turned black from walking without shoes. My wife found a huge clump of long black hair under the covers in the bed. There appeared to be mold on the ceiling in bathroom. This property could be amazing if it was taken care of and updated, but as it stands now I would never stay there again and highly recommend you find a different option. I could not imagine being a timeshare owner of this place. Camping in a tent would be better. We come to Sedona several times a year and figured we would give this place a shot. It was a bad decision.

A very spacious resort with a great location. The king room was clean and quiet. With a kitchenette, modern bathroom and a quiet patio. This room was very nice for our one night stay. The only negatives of our stay was the bed and the check-out time. I like firm beds, but this one was just hard and we both were a little sore in the morning. The check-out time is 10:00, the earliest for any place that we have ever stayed. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Very comfortable. Near to many nice restaurants and shops.close to many shops

The room was pleasant, nicely appointed suite, with a small kitchen, nice living/dining space, and a very good bedroom. Some plumbing fixtures were dated. Kitchen outlets didn't work, but crew came by promptly and reset the breaker, then tighted up the shower head. The grounds were lovely. Restaurants CLOSE at 9:00PM Sharp! We ate lunch, and it was decent, maybe pricey, but large portions. The service was good, but there was no one around when we entered. The Conceriege/Salesforce, leaps on you as soon as you check in, pushing you to stay at more properties, with the hope you will buy into the timeshare plan. That was pushy and confusing for tired travellers just checking in.

The main hotel staff was great in answering our questions. The room was clean and quiet and made it felt like you were at home. Only part that was not satisfactory was the room wasn't made up daily so we had to call for extra towels. The concierge staff started out by telling us what to do in the area and offered to give out a free pink jeep tour as long as we attended one of their meetings. Ok great sure why not! Then we called from the Grand Canyon and weren't ready to leave yet we asked that we reschedule the tour. They proceeded to act like we had spent too much time at the Grand Canyon and it would only take us 2 1/2 hours to return for our tour. Explained we weren't ready yet and they kept pushing and saying we needed to go to their meeting to get the free tour and wanted to know when we could reschedule. We advised of when we wanted to reschedule and they didn't listen to us and tried to schedule it for another time that wouldn't work. We got fed up and canceled everything with them and scheduled the tour on our own so we could do it for when it worked for us.

All was great with our stay however there was a big gap at the bottom of the door that seemed to attract a of if bugs to enter.

We had a great time. The property is located in a beautiful village.

Wanted a nice place with a pool for my 17 year old grandson and me after a long and dusty Pink Jeep tour. Was pleased with location, staff, restaurant (better than expected) and the guests we met, Was surprised other gave it a 3.9 out of 5.0 rating. Better than that

My daughter and I got a studio for two days. Room was not very spacious but had a patio and a comfy bay window. The huge fitness room, a full fledged gym with a separate room for classes, is the best I have seen in any hotel. It comes with multiple free classes per day ranging from yoga to Pilates to Barre. Free sauna and steam room in the locker room are another nice feature. Well worthy the $20 resort fee! Only thing from a perfect score is the front desk personnel, always going in a small back room for extended period of time when serving you.

Service at the on-sure restaurant, Spoke & Wheel, was absolutely horrid, primarily because it was so slow. I'm not one to complain unless things are very, very poor. Room was very solid and had a comfortable bed. The hotel is close to some excellent restaurants with outstanding views.

Nestled in the woods and hills. Loved it! Room close to restaurants and stores. Loved pool and outside fire pits. Great for getting together with friends and family.

Excellent resort clean and comfortable rooms. 2thumbs up on all of the activities the resort offers for kids.

Very convenient as for location. Staff very cordial and polite.

Clean and comfortable place to stay. Close to everything. A lot of activities near by. I had an amazing time in Sedona.

I stayed one night with my sister, we had a really good experience. first we had dinner in this really good restaurant right next to the hotel, service was really good. including the housekeeper from my room. I will hightly recommended

Got woke up early by our neighbors shower. I think that would be bad

I had a good Time, Good location. Salt water pool and jacuzzi

Good value for the cost. The room felt a little spare with decor, but it was comfortable and clean. The bathroom could use a little updating, but the bedroom and living room were in very good condition.
