Furnishings were hit or miss. As an example the master bedroom king size bed is broken. The right side literally falls off as the springs are broken. The living room seating is uncomfortable, the leather couch springs are shot and you fall in. The arm chairs were also uncomfortable and one was falling apart. Lights are minimal even if you turn on every light. Getting to the front door is an adventure as there’s not enough outdoor lighting to see. The solar lights are super dim or several don’t work. The house is nice and location is decent. Lots of space and kitchen amenities plentiful to the point there’s too many pots and pans. Seclusion was nice, but traffic in Sedona was more than expected and getting to Sedona proper from the house was difficult at times. AC worked very well.
