* **Safety & Security:**
For your security and to ensure compliance with local ordinances, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras at entry points and non-recording noise decibel monitoring devices in common areas. These devices respect your privacy and do not record conversations.

* **Pool Details:**
Pool Policy: Pool is available from March 1st to December 1st. Pool may be heated during your stay for an additional fee of $120/night. Please note that the pool temperature can depend on the outside temperature.

* **Pets:** Pets are welcome (max 2, up to 50 lbs each). A one-time $200 pet fee applies per pet and is shown at checkout once a pet is added. Pets must be disclosed prior to arrival. Please keep them supervised, do not allow roaming in the neighborhood, and keep them off beds, sofas, and furniture. Thank you!

* **Sports Equipment:**
Guests must bring their own rackets, paddles, and balls for the tennis and pickleball courts.

* **Trash Disposal:**

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Having coffee in the morning by the pool while taking in the spectacular backdrop was very special. Having never been to Sedona before, it was challenging to choose what area to base our stay from. This felt like a perfect balance of being close to both town and within walking distance to great trails. No parking required for perfect morning and sunset hikes. The home was very well equipped, and the host was extremely responsive to all questions. It was all extremely appreciated, and we hope very much to visit again soon!

This is an ideal place for a family or group looking for stunning views literally in your backyard. The layout of the main house, guest house and overall property provides so much room so multiple families and friends can have their space yet have plenty of options to congregate together. Communication with hosts were excellent and overall experience was wonderful. If we come back to Sedona this will be our go to.

Loved the property and amenities. House works very well for a large group. Views are amazing. There were some maintenance issues that needed to be addressed: some of which were fixed within a day, others we had to fix ourselves, and a few were unable to be fixed, All in all we had an amazing time and would definitely stay there again!

I barely want to write about this property as I don’t want too many people finding out about it and making future bookings difficult! We had a wonderful time on this glorious property, the only problem was out stay was too short. Nearly impossible to pull ourselves away to visit the other sites of Sedona. Perfect getaway spot

We met for a family vacation from across the country with 10 adults and 8 kids, ages 16 to 3. This property is magical! The pool is wonderful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. We played tennis every morning and stargazed at night. The hosts were super responsive with any questions we had. This is a wonderful and special place. Everything was great! The issues my family and i had was that most of the light switches were hard to figure out and the kitchen was really small for our big family .another main issue was the beds were very outdated and uncomfortable. lastly the back yard wasn't very well lit, but i think it was to not disturb the neighborhood.

Fantastic property and stay. The house exceeded all expectations and is truly a remarkable location and oasis. Wonderful Friends and Family Reunion in Sedona

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! 14 of us adults and 5 kids had plenty of room and plenty to do- some of us never left the house, pool and beautiful grounds. Our hosts were super responsive and kind, and the beautiful setting was just idyllic. With tennis, pickleball, the pool room, video games and of course the pool, along with spacious bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms, we all had lots of privacy and could come together in the main room and outside areas. Definitely recommend this wonderful place!

Great Stay

We had a small family reunion and Sedona/Grand Canyon vacation and this house was a great fit for us. In total we were 7 adults and 5 kids and there were enough beds in the main house, we didn't even bother with the guest house. It was too hot to play tennis but the court is beautiful and the pool and hot tub were perfect. I would definitely recommend this house and Sedona is amazing. The views from the house alone are worth the stay.

Amazing estate

The property is simply amazing!! It is the most serene and private house. We loved hanging by the pool and hot tub in the backyard- the view of the Chapel from there is amazing. There is also a stunning view of Cathedral Rock from the front of the house. It’s a great spot to hang out during sunset. The house was clean and spacious. It had everything you could need. I also enjoyed my communications with Jeff. He made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The overall experience was special.
