Exterior of property poorly kept. Could be a beautiful place with some out side work . The pool and hot tubs were not functional at all. The interior was very nice. The breakfast was ok but not what one would expect in a B&B . Host was friendly and attentive.

Was a cute little place, but was unsure about the staff at first. Also disappointed in the fact the pool and hot tub were unavailable for customer use.

i stayed in the big room. was very nice had a little kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster oven. Large bathroom. Nice comfy bed. sleot great. Bigt screen antenna tv with DVD player.

Our host was welcoming and accommodating He texted us in advance to learn our arrival time and promptly greeted us on our arrival. Breakfast, shared with other guests, was a treat, served on fine tableware. A common area with sofa, TV, etc. was well-appointed and comfortable. We would sty here again if we return to the area..

Had a rambling charm about the home. Nothing fancy, just the basics.

Staff was very accommodating when I arrived quite late. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean and well kept. My only complaint would be the difficulty in getting the bath to switch from tub fill to shower. The valve was not obvious and was difficult to pull/push. Although this is a B&B, my need was oriented to a motel as I departed well before the normal breakfast time.

The house is very nice and it's so lucky to meet a friendly host. Love this place!

This B&B is located in a residential neighborhood. At a first glance it seems you are going to be sleeping on a trailer, but when you go inside the premises then you feel you arrived at a small farm. Fiona was very nice and helpful. Room was very comfortable. If you are looking for a home-like environment for your stay that is close to old historic Cottonwood, Camp Verde, and Sedona, then this B&B is a good option!

We arrived early evening and were met by the owner, Sebastian who greeted us and toured us around this very eclectic house, filled with the neatest antiques. Our room was on the entry level and was very spacious, with King bed, matching huge dressers, large bathroom with double sinks, separate shower and jetted soaker tub! Also a huge walk-in closet! Bed linens were very nice and Bed was sooo comfy we didn't want to get up in morning! Very quiet area so we had a great sleep! Sebastian was full of information and stories about the house and its history. We really enjoyed chatting with him! And surprisingly he is a Canadian so we felt right at home! We were surprised to find out that along with the usual continental breakfast items, we were served fresh made from scratch waffles!! And the breakfast is served on a beautifully set dining room table complete with linens, real china, silver, and crystal! Very elegantly set, prepared and served by the lovely Fiona! She too was a wealth of information about the area and tourist attractions. The outside yard has a neat patio and outdoor fire pit and hot tub! My only regret is that we didn't book all three nights there! They serve organic products and have their own chickens for farm fresh eggs, as well as llamas and goats! And there's carrots in the mini fridge for guests to feed the llamas...which we did do. This place is a hidden gem if you are looking for a quiet place to unwind and relax.

The Desert Rose B&B is off the beaten path and provides a quiet place to stay in Cottonwood. Fiona was very friendly and provided an excellent breakfast both of the days we stayed. She was a great source of information on things to do in the area. The facility is about 5 minutes drive from historic downtown. Jerome and Sedona are both fairly close by. We would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Great place to stay. Nice in keeper, comfy bed, good breakfast.

Friendly owners, cute and clean rooms and lots of homey extras.
