We stayed here 2 nights at the end of our trip taking in various places in Utah and Arizona heading back to Phoenix and then the trip back home to UK. The room was large including a sofa and coffee table which was good to sit at to have an early evening glass of wine, some snacks and watch some TV. There’s a pool but this is unheated, during our stay in mid-January daytime temperatures were up into around the 70’s but the trying the pool it was icy cold so I only got knee deep before admitting defeat, the hot tub was on but I didn’t try that. The pool area did provide a nice place to sit in the sun the one afternoon however while we relaxed and had a milk shake between our mornings walk and going into town. For breakfast go eat at the Red Rock Café just out the back past the pool, it’s very popular and great food. For evening meals take a right out of the entrance and you’ll find several eateries within a couple of blocks, don’t even need to take the car its’ 10 to 15 mins walk maximum, we ate at The Corner Table and Cucina Rustica, both of which were good and again very busy. Would definitely stay here again, it’s not at all near to Sedona main town but once you’ve been there for an hour or so it’s nice to head out to a not so busy area and with eateries for breakfast and evening meals within walking distance exactly ticked the box for us, would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Stayed here two nights while in Sedona for the marathon. I liked the location as it was out of Sedona a bit. Room was large and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The man at check in was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants close by.

We were very pleased when we stayed at the desert quail in our recent visit to Sedona area. The hotel was very clean the beds were comfortable and the staff was pleasant and helpful. we would recommend this place to anybody looking for a nice clean hotel with good surroundings in Oak Creek.

This is a very nice Motel to stay while visiting Sedona area. Rooms are very clean and affordable. We like the location being away from all the traffic of Uptown Sedona. Location also allowed to make easy day trips in and out of town. Owner gave us some nice suggestions on hiking and restaurants. All in all...Will definitely return.

Rooms at this Inn were very nice, clean and well appointed. I was traveling with my Mother who enjoyed the fact that the room had a recliner in it. Not something you see very often. The owner of the hotel was friendly and helpful. Location was pretty good - adjacent to grocery store and great restaurant for breakfast. I would stay here again.

This was our second stay at this hotel. It is very clean and in a quiet part of town. Everyone was super friendly. We arrived after hours and Patrick came to check is in. He was super cheery and full of information. We will stay here again the next time we are in Sedona!

This motel, located seven miles outside Sedona proper in Oak Creek, is a gem. The rooms are large and well appointed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A great breakfast restaurant is located right next door. Parking is easy. The price is right. On my trip from the Yukon to Mexico this is the best stop so far.

The bed and sheets super clean and comfy ( much needed after long gorgeous hikes) it was low season and not busy so we found it quiet but the toilets and shower water can be heard between rooms somewhat ( I’m a super sensitive one to noise though) Microwave and fridge were clean and worked well. Friendly staff and good location. Must try Firecreek coffee next door. This stay was a hit all around!

This is our second stay here. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower pressure was excellent and rate was reasonable $180 plus tax for 2 queen beds. Limited office hours, but that goes for most of the smaller hotels in Sedona. Sedona was busy after very busy after christmas and we're glad we stayed as far away from Downtown Sedona. The cafe behind the pool is great for breakfast.

We stayed here for an after Christmas Day getaway. The price was reasonable, the room was clean - ok for a night. We awoke late at night to a sustained very loud noise - turns out it was the shower in the next room. Not just loud but CRAZY loud. The in room 'spa' is a good idea in theory, but, a way too small for two people as it was designed for. All in all, not a bad hotel; the bed was comfortable, beautiful views out the window, and close to Red Rock Cafe (a great breakfast place).
