Perfect Uptown vacation rental, super convenient walkable location. We had the best time at Cathy’s rental - it was just as described - clean, charming retro touches, nice patio, grill and brand new hot tub for nighttime stargazing. Communication with Cathy was easy and helpful. We hope to be back!

What a wonderful stay we had! Thank you Cathy and Chad for being terrific hosts. We loved the mid-century modern vibe with great amenities. This location is walkable to downtown and great restaurants. The outdoor space was a wonderful bonus with a gorgeous view of the red rocks of Sedona. Highly recommend.

Perfect location

Everything about this property was easy- from reserving, communicating, checking-in, and moving about Sedona. It is located a few blocks off of the busy main street and is very quiet. The view from the backyard is beautiful. The walkability score is high. We walked to downtown one night for dinner- maybe 25 minute walk. We also walked throughout uptown for meals and shopping. We felt very safe (2 women). The house was perfect for 2 friends- 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. I would definitely rent here again. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

We enjoyed 5 days but really felt we saw the area. Hot air balloon ride, Antelope Canyon, Talliessen West, Montezuma cliff dwellings, Prescott, Jerome and shopping and restaurants. It was delightful.

Comfortable and cosy

Very nice, well-equipped accommodation with a wonderful view, quiet, and a 5-minute walk from the Main Street. The fireplace is a bonus in winter. Close to all walking trails in the area and vortexes. Very responsive hosts. I would definitely recommend!

Fabulous!

The host was amazing- she responded immediately and provided fabulous suggestions. The condo was tidy and had so many special touches- great games to play for family nights, a beautiful view of the mountains, lovely design details. And the location was perfect! Right in the heart of town- wonderful breakfast and dinner restaurants nearby. Sedona itself was INCREDIBLE- amazing hikes. 5 Stars all around!

Lovely place

We enjoyed our stay. Great communication & Very clean. My only complaint is that the view wasn’t as good as we would have liked. Seems that the photo of the view may have been taken by a drone. But we did enjoy sitting outside and walked to shops and restaurants!
