The first room I had had a very strong smell to it, and I was starting to have allergies. The staff was great they quickly move me to another room and I did so much better there.

Please stop offering breakfast because you dont have the resources. They had packet oatmeal but no hot water. At the ratebfor the room, dont strangle yourself abd insult the guess that choose your property by offering a continental breakfast. Because you dont have that The property was beautiful back in the days. Now, its is very rundown. The location is great and the front desk staff was very professional.

Room was okay. Had Only 1 coffee with pot in room, but coffee was terrible. 1 sugar only! I had to leave my room to go get sugar for 2 cups of coffee. It was 34⁰ NYE. Key didnt work! Had to keep going back to front desk. On top of that, the key kept deactivating and wouldnt open door.

Helpful staff, clean room, decent breakfast; but room needs an upgrade — drab bed coverings with a dark grey floor leave the room feeling really dark and the lighting is good at the sink, but terrible in the room if you want to read. Door to bathroom was falling apart with wood sticking out, looking like somebody got mad and kicked it in. The light switch at the entrance door does not connect to any light so you are walking into a pitch black room at night having to find the closest light and turn it on.

Misleading images in record. Neglected room, dusty, bed are nasty. Checked out in less than 5 mins of Checkin in. Totally lost my money in a “hotel” that doesn’t invest in their property. I should have read the reviews before reserving, but I trusted the images. Hope this “hotel” shuts down! $445.50 wasted.

I was actually standing in the hotel lobby when I reserved the room on the app I had it reserved for Dec 6 check out dec7 again mind you I was standing in the lobby with cashier I showed him my phone to verify the price of room he confirmed handed back my phone I hit button to confirm booking but when it went through it reserved room for the 9th not the 6th. He would not let me have room since reservations went through wrong. Something had a glitch . It was non refundable so I did not get the room and I had to sleep in my car and still pay not a bit happy. There should be something you can do to refund my money since some kind of glitch happened, but bottom line cashier was not helpful and refused to call manager or help me in anyway
