The only thing that worked was the heater...until it didn’t. The absolute freezing temperature in the meat locker, I mean, bathroom caused me to check out a day esrly. This was after a breaker immediately popped when the provided coffee maker was turned on. The power was restored but then the refrigerator was left unplugged by the staff and defrosted on the floor. The refridger outlet made popping sounds all night.

Too cold, not good at all for the money I paid. even nobody to complain.we are out side by the door for two hour in cold weather. Even when I took a shower in supposedly hot water it still remains cold. No staff around to help out either, and the T.V keeps freezing.

Having a staff-free place to stay ended up being pretty frustrating. Parking was confusing, the neighborhood was not as clean and inviting as you would think. The rooms are definitely not as nice as the pictures. The first room we got wasn't what we reserved, and there was no door for the bathroom, just a sheer curtain. I had some issues with my card and needed to change it and I couldn't get a hold of anybody before check in. So keep in mind that if you need anything ahead of time or have questions you won't get any response until after 3:00 p.m. The day you check in. This this just wasn't very pleasant place to stay.

I know people are picky about beds, but the bed situation here was something else entirely. Marshmallow-soft, extremely sinky, to the point where it was hard to move around and even sit up. And I'm a lightweight! The foam basically cocoons you. It's a cozy space, but you'll likely be in for a rough sleep and some back pain.

Well, using the hotel's app to get entry without a live person sounded nice in a techy way. Unfortunately the app sucked, it just didn't work, got "error" msgs with multiple attempts while fumbling in the cold outside the placeat night. Also, no live person to answer phone call, must text and wait fora return call. Ended up prying a physical keycard out of a coded lockbox on the door to get into the place. Room #203 w king bed was basic and fine, some long brown hair on bathroom counter but otherwise not too worn down, fairly clean. Sleep interrupted by loud thumping bass guitar riffs played repetitively from 10pm until past1am, impossible to sleep. If the app had worked as promised and there was no loud noise at night, place woulda been fine for the price. But, as it was, it was a disappointing experience.

The whole process was really not good. The instructions for checking in and getting a key was lacking, leaving us rather stranded in front waiting for some level of communication. The pre-call was both inconvenient (customer service at the convenience of the company, not the customer) and problematic (call was dropped 4 times, eventually they gave up on providing any instructions). The bed had someone's hair in it, it looked like it had been slept in, only straightened, not well made. The coffee machine in the room was broken and dirty from previous guests also seemingly trying to make it work.
