Sheraton Seattle Hotel

Walking to shopping and Pike St Market. Active and professional hotel. Very comfortable beds!

Was a one night sray, everything was nice and clean, comfortable rooms, internet only for charge, which is strange in 2017

Great last minute hotel in the heart of downtown Seattle

There is no free internet in room!! And there is no water either.

The Sheraton is a nice hotel. It's close to a lot of restaurants, bars, movie theaters, and so on. There is public parking across the street for 35$/day or you can use valet for much more. The pros are this hotel is beautiful. There is a Starbucks among other restaurants inside the hotel. Pool and gym. The room was nice, clean, up to date. Cons include paying for amenities such as a fridge, wifi, microwave. I found that to be annoying. The water in the shower was warm, it just wouldn't get hot. If we were to stay in Seattle again, we would probably try a different hotel in the same vicinity.

Very clean.close to every thing and not alot of homeless around the outside.

This is an excellent hotel, great in-town location(across from Convention Center). Many hotels of this quality offer free WiFi, especially on "deluxe rooms" with higher rates. Very expensive charges for wi-fi on a daily basis.

Location for a Seattle destination getaway was perfect for the activities w/in walking or public trans. The staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful and timely. Would definitely revisit.

The Hotel is outdated, employs a very poor choice in staffing, remodeling and amenities.

Very clean, super comfortable, and friendly staff.

Great location in Seattle. Walking distance to all attractions. Hotel employee's were friendly and professional as well. Hotel itself was comfortable and very clean. We felt safe in that location.

Everything at the hotel was fine. However, for the price, I expected great. There are minimal amenities in the room coffee pot, water and snacks for sale at extremely inflated prices. no refrigerator or microwave, average bathroom with very small shower (felt like a shower at camp as the shower head is terrible), unimpressive decor. No shuttle service!

Close walk to everything downtown. 3 blocks from all bus, light rail and monorail, gets you wherever you want to go. Nice price for accommodations.

This is a very nice hotel. My room is clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. The location is great, within walking distance to the Pike market and the Convention Center. There are a lot of restaurants around. Complimentary coffee in the room is wonderful. However, you have to pay for wifi in the room. It is free in the lobby though.

Good overall. Rooms were a little smaller compared to other hotels that we stayed in.

We regularly visit Seattle with our 2 year old daughter and always stay at hotels located in downtown. We decided to try Sheraton and it was a big mistake. 1) We needed to call room services to get a key to open the refrigerator (for the milk and snacks of our daughter), it took them 30 minutes and 2 phone calls to make it happens! 2) Room services did not clean our room the last day of our stay! no consideration about dirty diapers, unbelievable. We complained in the front desk and they claimed that we signed for a green treatment, which we did not! It seems that green for Sheraton's standards means not removing trash! 3) We needed a taxi with a car seat for our daughter to go to the airport (we have asked for this in different hotels, never a problem), they did not help us at all, even suggested to get into the taxi without a car seat, totally irresponsible. After complaining and giving them suggestion about what was done in other hotels, they finally collaborated. Summarizing, our stay was far from pleasant, this is not a friendly environment for kids. We are not coming back to the Sheraton during our next trip to Seattle.

My stay was hassle free and very enjoyable. I have two daughters that work in down town Seattle so it was easy to meet for lunch and dinner!

Look forward to traveling to Seattle again and would most likely choose this hotel & location for return

The hotel it self is impressive... our check in was very fast, easy and the receptionist was very nice too... our check out was really fast too... I LOVED THAT THE POOL IS LOCATED AT THE VERY TOP FLOOR... THEY DO CHARGE LIKE 56$ FOR PARKING... I GOT LUCKY BECAUSE IT'S BEEN TWO TIMES IN A ROW WHERE i don't have to pay for this expensive parking.. I parked right infront of the hotel for free.. Saturdays it's free after 8 or 6 pm I belive, and Sunday it's free... yeah..

Clean comfy close to downtown. Good sized room. ......................
