Nestled in a charming vintage triplex, this recently renovated unit boasts all the modern amenities you could need. With a spacious 2 bedroom layout and a private fenced back yard, it's an ideal space for dog owners or anyone looking for a little extra outdoor space. Step inside to a gourmet kitchen complete with a Viking range and all new appliances. Located just minutes from downtown and public transportation. Don't miss your chance to live in a beautifully designed and comfortable space.
