Parking in the back lot, would be nice if there were multiple walkways to get your roll on bag over. Instead you have to go all the way around the median. Then there is a curb to roll your bag up and over and steps to get into building, then keying in and then open the door.

Shuttle fills up fast in the morning, gr t in early if you absolutely need a seat.

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in and I have stayed in thousands as I flew for an airline. Rudest staff ever, I checked in and asked for a late check out as I had a transatlantic flight the next evening. The next day at 12 pm I get a phone call with the manager ( Elisha) screaming I had to leave, went to the desk and was again screamed at by Maria at the front desk. Would have checked out earlier than 2 pm if the hairdryer was working, had to go down twice but no promised hairdryer, dried my hair in someone else's room. ordered room service around 10 am and was told to come down to get it.

I did not want to spend a lot of money on a hotel near the airport since my stay would be so short, so I selected this hotel with some trepidation. The location is not great, but convenient to the airport. My concerns were unwarranted. The staff was friendly and helpful, room was spacious and quiet, and overall it exceeded my expectations. The Thai restaurant is definitely a huge plus.

Very disappointed with this Ramada, have stayed in other and been happy with those facilities. We had to pay for parking on a second vehicle. One of the rooms wasn't what I viewed on website. Light went out in the bathroom at night, called the frontdesk and reported it, but know one can to fix-it by the time we checked out, lucky we had a flashlight.

So close to airport, which was great. We felt a bit uncomfortable walking around away but hotel. Restaurant in lobby has delicious, reasonably priced food. Rooms were large and comfortable. Front desk was friendly and quick.

We stayed 2 nights. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. (pop machine was only $1!) Although the hotel was right next to the airport, we did not hear any planes. Rooms large, comfy. Downsides - no mini fridge, no microwave, no continental breakfast.

Left out hotel and came back and my wedding ring was stolen when I contacted front desk they basically told me it's all in my head and nobody would take my ring well in was in the room because I thought it was safe but nope one of those house keepers stole my ring and staff does not care. So he'll no stay away from this ghetto hotel.

The back door was broken and not secure. And the layout of the building was not convenient.

I travel weekly for business and spend 75-80 days a year in hotels. This was by far the worst customer experience I have ever received with any hotel along the west coast.

Not clean. Staff would not make our beds. Had to do it ourselves

We found the hotel easily. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Parking at the rear of the hotel was convenient with plenty of space. The room was clean and comfortable. Most importantly the room was quiet. The in-house restaurant provided us with a wide choice of evening meal and a great breakfast although the ambiance wasn't as good as the food. Some HBO channels available on TV.

Shuttle to SEATAC 1/2 hour late leaving hotel. Missed my flight. Desk clerk couldn't find driver.

I took about an hour to get to the hotel from the airport and it's only 10 minutes away. Why can't it just be a regular shuttle that leaves the hotel on the hour and half hour and leaves the airport at 15 past and 15 to?

I never give bad reviews because most of the time if I run into a problem at a facility, that problem is solved. However, the professionalism of the staff and the shuttle driver were both appalling. I waited an HOUR for the shuttle to arrive, with a baby, and continued to be told via phone conversation "10 more minutes". When I attempted to address my concerns with the manager she was VERY RUDE. I recommend never staying at this hotel due to poor customer service and poor shuttle service.

Clean, convenient, comfortable place for an over night stay.

The hotel was physically dirty with garbage in the hallways. The staff was not friendly at all and parking was a joke! The "fitness room" is the size of a closet with three machines in it. We will never stay here again!

hotel from hell

convenient to airport
