Hotel is old and needs some updating especially aircondition units. But overall good for the price
Comfortable room, nice staff, good location to airport.
I have to say, the location and price are both good. But this time, after six hours drive from Spokane on snow day, I need a hot bath but the water only warm. I try to turn on the tap 10 min (excuse me waste some water) but still doesn't work. So I slept that night with cold body and of course sleeping bad. The second day I couldn't focus on my work. Suggestion , go into the room and test water if enough hot or not, and then unpacking, if not, ask change room. (If you think hot water is really important for you)
Nice value. Close to airport. Nice people. Clean room
I was only staying the night to catch a flight the next morning, so not worried about too many amenities.
Near airport, walk distance to take the metro. Free parking, I parked everyday when I stay. The parking lot is limited, if you come back late, like after 10pm, maybe you cannot find the parking lot. The staff is really nice though. Four floor hotel. One thing you need to know, there is cemetery facing the street of hotel. Overall is good. About 30 min drive to downtown, two traffic lights to freeway 5 and 405 entrance. And free shuttle to airport, but the waiting area is uncovered station, please bring some cloth to keep warm if you arrive at night. There is at least 3 different Ramada shuttles, make sure you take the right one. I call hotel when I arrive and wait about 15 min. Recommend.
The rooms are small. I requested a room that would sleep 5. I have 3 teenagers. Apparently Ramada thinks 3 teenagers can fit in one bed? I was expecting a loveseat or something that would accommodate the 5th person. The front desk was very short with me and repeated the room sleeps 5. I asked how? He just repeated the room sleeps 5 again, but you can have a roll-away bed for an additional $10. Just be honest up front and I would have had no problems. The room sleeps 4.
Nice hotel. Parking is packed. Had to park into another lot on the back side and walk.
Hotel staff is efficient and get to business. Nice restraunt $ to $$ menu has wide variety. Free parking, right next to a cematary (in case that's spooky for you) You get a good nights sleep here.
Honestly! People are smoking pot in there room/hallway. i didn't see it, but its a strong smell that really woke me and my husband up at 3 am with that smell coming into the our room.
Paper thin walls describes the entire experience. Unless you are a spy, private detective or gossip and love listening in on every conversation in the surrounding rooms and the entire hall I don't think this is the place for you. Between the talking, laughing and doors constantly opening/closing and sometimes slamming sleeping can be a challenge. But on the upside at least you'll be able to sleep on the plane.
Really good restaurant inside the hotel. Very spacious & quiet stay.
Excellent location, place, service, comfort and very affordable
The hotel staff allowed a person to park behind my vehicle blocking my vehicle in. I came out at 5 a.m. and was unable to leave. I went back inside and was told "well I guess we can call a tow truck, but that would take at least 30 minutes". Turns out they didn't know how to reach the person who they allowed to park behind me. I also had two guys insist they would be able to get my car out, they couldn't. I waited 45 minutes trying to get this figured out. I missed a ferry. It overall was a terrible start to my day, and I'm pretty sure I will never stay with Ramada again. Staff was terrible and very unhelpful!
It had everything we needed for a quick trip to the city.
Took the shuttle an hour to pick us up. Yet the hotel is half a mile away from the airport. Called them 3 times. Hotel room was not bad. The hallways and lobby were stinky.
Go for it if you're feeling brave, but bring lots of disinfectant.
Lodging was adequate. Thin walls made it hard to ignore people in other rooms.
Had a good stay, with comfortable room and great staff. The desk staff went out of their way to help us print airline tickets. The restaurant was adequate for dinner and excellent for breakfast. Only downside was distance to light rail station. It was long walk and yet, taxis would not pick up because it was too short a fare. With knee problems, it was a painful sojourn.
