hot breakfast, mircowave, refrig, and coffee maker foe a very good price, with extra savings for not paying for breakfast. a lot less expensive than seattles

Terrible experience . They didn’t want to reimburse

Staying there for 2 nights, we like it due to good value, good breakfast, comfort beds. will stay again if coming to the Seatac area.

Clean rooms friendly staff would recommend to friends and family

Dirty, very bad renovation, service is horrible, bad location, just not a place to stay if your on vacation.

The experience began with the room. My wife and I rented a room here for a night before our flight. When we walked in on the surface everything seemed fine. I went to use the restroom and found a wet wash cloth on the sink top covered in someone's hair. When I attempted to call the front desk I could get any sound out of the phone. When I went to the front desk the young lady at the desk didn't seem to care but finally decided to address the dirty rag in the restroom herself when she just picked it up and asked if we needed anything else appearing pretty annoyed. I mentioned the phone to her and she told me someone may come by and fix it. After all this we got ready for bed, where when pulling back the sheets we found brown hopefully food staines on the sheets and brown hairs. The worst part of this story comes next. My wife and I chose this hotel because it had a shuttle service to the airport. The shuttle service is a dark blue unmarked van. While riding the driver tried to pressure personal information from us such as where are we going exactly, how much did we spend exactly, why we going and when will we be back. He then drops us off at a parking lot with another unmarked blue van and tells us this guy will take us the rest of the way.

Dirty and smelly saw a roach in our room do not recomend for. Families.

This is the worst experience I've had with hotels, staff and everything else! Rooms were disgusting, stains on the sheets, when you inhale you can feel the dust in your throat, it's stinky. The area where it was located was sketchy and creepy. They promised me a refund and two weeks later they still have not refunded my money for the stay, because I checked in, walked into the room and walked out, and asked for my money back! I called and they were super rude and disrespectful, and then they didn't even answer my calls! Not worth a penny, don't get yourself into it! Pay $50 extra dollars, but find a different place to stay!

I stayed two nights in Qulity Inn and I don't have any complaints.

Why is it so hard to add a simple comment. Difficult to work. Not enough light

The sheets had stains on them which was our pet peeve. It seems like they never really change them. Breakfast is okay. Cheap, affordable. The front desk employees were nice. You get what you pay for

While the room was clean it needed repairs. Older repairs were not fixed very well. Lobby was dirty. Clientele a little scary. A $40 hotel that charges too much. I won't stay there again.

This Quality Inn Kent-Seattle is independently owned (franchise) and not corporately owned - which makes a difference. The standards are a little different, but considering some franchises or independents I've stayed in for work travel, this is one of the best. It's not in a particularly visually appealing area, but it was safe and check in was quick. There was work being done that blocked the doorway closest to parking. I know it has to happen sometime, but if check in is 3 p.m., you'd think they' plan to do that some other time (barring emergencies). The few staff I saw weren't especially friendly, the young man who checked me in was pleasant, but customer service isn't their strong point. There was a decent breakfast available, but no sugar for coffee - only artificial sweeteners. There was a juice machine but the juices were severely watered down. The orange juice was so light it looked like pineapple. The bed was soft, the heat worked very well and the bathroom was clean. The room was dark, which is great for sleeping, but not for working or if you like a bright room. The walls are somewhat thin; I couldn't hear talking, but I could hear walking and other noises. The guest(s) in the room above mine seemed to pace the floor with hard steps all night long making sleeping difficult. Overall, I give this hotel a high 3. Without the Orbitz reward dollars, though, I probably would have looked elsewhere for the price.

Hallways smelled like smoke and it's a "non-smoking" hotel, so that was odd. Several light fixtures and lamp bulbs missing in the room. Was inexpensive rate, but basic things like light bulbs and fixtures over the mirrors (some missing fixtures and one missing bulbs and fixture) would be expected. Coffee was in the room but only 4 packets of decaf given, no regular coffee. Photos online do not match the actual hotel itself so it's a bit misleading. Check in and Check out was slow process. Was in town for business for so it wasn't terrible for one night.

The walls were painted a dark color, and it was poorly done. The dark color made the room looked dark & small. The furniture also appeared worn. Overall, the room did not feel comfortable.

Hotel was shabby. The room was ok, but bathroom was dirty. Big problem was the web said they had an airport shuttle when my wife asked she was told we would have to get a taxi, because they lost their shuttle contract. If no shuttle change the website.

Room smelled like sweat. Breakfast was not taste.

Location of hotel is good, but some of the facilities and their condition were not up the the "quality" name. Fitness room is advertised online, but its condition is dire, nothing works except one machine and it is not being cleaned/maintained. Our room was missing the coffee maker, one handle from the window shade was missing, and the sink stopper was broken.

We went to the zoo then back to the hotel, very relaxing.

Bathroom fan broken. Lobby bathroom a mess and out of toilet paper.
