The hotel room had bed bugs.

Room and property are in a state of disrepair. Broken toilet, no hot water, cleanliness and wear and tear were poor and there was no manager there until after 11am checkout the next day.

The hotel room we stayed in was filthy! The couch they had was full of crumbs and hair. The head boards had greasy hand prints on them. half of the lamps/lights did not work! The tub was dirty. The toilet had dry pee at the bottom where it is bolted to the floor. The bathroom sink was dirty with hair. The side table between the beds was very dusty and so was the bottom area of the bathroom sink! The door does not close by itself as all hotel doors should for safety. I was very dissapointed by my stay and will not stay at any quality inn again. I felt very uncomfortable staying there due to the uncleanliness.

The property was really run down and just dirty and unkempt. When we got to our room we found the sheets on the bed were stained and very dirty. We had to ask to change rooms. The check in process seemed to take longer than it needed to and they weren’t offering breakfast as advertised. The area around the motel was nice.

The entire hotel smelled like urine and cigarettes. There were multiple full garbage bags in the hallway. The pillow cases and sheets were dirty and stained and the recent reviews on it talked of bed bugs. There’s no way the pictures you guys have on your website are of the same hotel. Also there was a couple fighting at the end of the hall so loud you could hear it in the entire second floor.

Dirty and filthy. To avoid completely.

Staff unfriendly, lobby was dirty and they gave us a dirty room. When I let them know the girl had to go confirm and made a comment trying to say room was ok. When checking the guy didn't even thank us for staying at their location. Never will I ever book this hotel or recommend it.

Staff no so friendly. Reeks of cigarette odor ... masked by over-sprayed of something.

The motel was filthy and smelled bad. We didn’t stay there, we went to another motel. we ask for a refund but have not received any as of yet.

The room was excellent, lobby was decent.

No internet

the room was not ready but the staff got it ready within a half an hour. The whole place was dirty inside and out a real dive. the staff was adequate, they were dealing with a few complaints from other people about their rooms. we probably will never stay there again

As y’all may seen it on google but I will Advise you never ever rent there the staff is rude they don’t tell you about if you don’t stay your whole stay you won’t get your money back so by me booking a room for 28 days and only stayed for 15 of it and couldn’t get my money back from the rest of the days that I didn’t stay there and you’re telling me that it’s not refundable because of it was done online and they were running a special if that’s the case take the special of a refund me whatever’s left of the special you never told me that I would not get my money back if I moved out early I can’t help it that my place got ready before my checkout time but yet I still can’t get my money that I had left with y’all don’t waste your time going there please if so then you’re as dumb as I am save your money find a friends house to go to our find a five star because this is nowhere near a five-star let alone a three star it’s not even a one star so I just put zero because it’s Triflin it’s nasty it’s dirty they have bedbugs and you’ll see the rest Enter if you dare you’ve been warned

There was no cold water and the staff didn't help I don't recommend at all

Everything was dirty or broken, hair dryer didn’t work, vending machines didn’t work, hotel was just not well cared for. Lack of Upkeep over the years have worn on the hotel and makes it seem like it’s been forgotten.
