loved the rental

Clean, well-outfitted, and rental company was easy to access when we had a question. Especially loved that we could spread out across 3 floors. Would definitely rent again!

Six family members enjoyed our stay in this lovely townhome while visiting other family members in Ballard. The rooftop area allowed us the opportunity to see Mt. Rainier.

Clean and Modern

This house was perfect for our short stay. Clean, modern, and well-appointed. If we had more time here I would like to use the nice kitchen. Some people might not like being on 3 levels, with the master at the top.

The house was great! The only piece of feedback I have is that finding the front door in the middle of the night (we arrived after 9pm) is confusing since the parking spot is in front of a different apartment entrance. But once I spoke w the team (who responded right away), we were able to locate the front of the property and got right in. Would definitely return!

Great Location, prompt responses from owner

New, very comfortable and clean house. There were suggestions of where to get coffee and eat, which we did, and enjoyed. The owner was quick to respond to questions we had. Only complaint were the squeaky hinges on the doors, which just needed a bit of grease. Other than that, you will enjoy your stay here!

A nice getaway.

This 4 story townhouse was very nice. It is basically new and everything about the place worked well for us. We were close to the beach, Ballard and Northgate. There was some very noisy road work being done right in front of the unit but management worked with us on that. The smart TV was a nice feature. Overall a very nice place.

Grandmother

A well furnished and appointed home. I rented for myself and daughter’s family. When adult son couldn’t make it because of airline non-connections, my son and daughter in law used the room for one night. It was lovely to have the space. Wedding was at the Market, and downtown was easy access down 15th. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice Condo!

We only stayed one night before our cruise. We didn't rent a car, so having shopping and some restaurants nearby was a bonus! The condo was well appointed and pretty much had everything we needed. The only complaint came from my Brother and Friends who stayed on the 2nd floor was that it was too warm...there wasn't any A/C on that floor. 1st floor and 3rd floor both had mini-split split systems. Why not have one on the 2nd floor too? Overall the stay was good and we all slept well on the beds. We would stay there again. Just an FYI...if you don't like stairs, you may want to look elsewhere. We left pretty much all our luggage (6 people's worth) on the 1st floor due to this...
