Remodeled in April 2015, this modern quiet condo sleeps up to 4 adult guests comfortably, offers a balcony overlooking the garden, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a luxurious queen size bed in the bedroom with an American Leather queen sleeper in the living room. It offers HDTV flat screen TV's and wireless internet.
Secure underground entrances and parking is available on site, as well as a heated swimming pool, hot tub, day room, spacious rooftop deck and a fully equipped fitness center with a sauna.

We had an amazing time in Seattle and our stay at Kristin and Ron’s place was perfect. Eric was very thorough when explaining all the in and outs of the condo and building. Most of the things we wanted to do were very walkable. Having a parking space with the rental was another great reason to book this place. When we come back, we will definitely be looking to book here again!

Amazing condo in a great location. Walkable to everything we needed including the Great Wheel, Pikes Market, Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park. Property had an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna which we enjoyed. Loved that the bathroom is outside the bedroom so it is accessible without disturbing anyone sleeping.Bed and pull out sofa bed were very comfortable with luxurious bedding. Check in process was very easy and loved that they were able to accommodate early check in. Will certainly stay here again.

Ron and Kristin provided great communication and helped make our stay in the hub of Seattle great fun! The location is within walking distance of waterfront, restaurants and even a short drive to TMobile and Lumin! Wonderful Condo in a Great Location!

This condo was great and the location was perfectly in town within walking distance to most things we wanted to do; Pike Place, Space Needle, Chihuly. We picked up food at the restaurants in the same building as there are several. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Target was within walking distance. Kristin was great to work with, and meeting someone in order to check in was no problem. We very much appreciated the washer and dryer complete with laundry detergent and dryer sheets since we traveled from Ohio and could not carry those items. We would absolutely stay there again. Thank you Kristin!
