Great location but the hospital is two blocks away so you hear ambulances a lot. They need to replace or fix windows on the ninth floor you could hear a draft and all traffic and people yelling. Good thing everything is in walking distance bad thing it's $50 a night for parking.

We chose this hotel for its location and it paid off immensely. You can walk to Pikes Market and the waterfront but if you want to drive to other sites in the city, which you will, there is a parking facility in the building with 24/7 access to the valet. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Good spot!!

The suite I got was very large and spacious. It was very comfortable. The only downside was the street noise.

I wanted to treat myself to a night out. This is my 3rd time staying here and I'm always pleased with my stay. "Summer" checked me in and was very friendly and helpful at the front desk. The room was clean and spacious, first time with a view that was awesome. All the amenities in the room were easy to find and use. I ran out to the store and asked for the front desk to hold my delivery of food if i wasnt back in time and for a blanket. Came back to a nice gentleman at the desk holding my food for me and a blanket in my room :-) I took a shower and a bath, which was great. I wish the tub was bigger but thats fine, SHOWER is was great. I didnt ask but bubblebath soap would be great. I didnt have conditioner in the room, they probably have it atthe front desk. I can not wait to stay again. its my hotel of choice in Seattle :-)

Hotel on a whole was great. The only complaint we had was the cleaning staff. Room was not cleaned till after 4PM most days. On our last full day, tp was not replaced, all towels were not replaced and sink was not cleaned. Also we had a cup holding all our loose change, that was emptied when we returned to room after football game. And the sink and tub did not drain properly. Food was excellent and front desk staff very helpful. Food staff was very pleasant.

I spent 25 years in the incentive travel business and therefore, consider myself somewhat of a hotel customer service expert. The staff at this hotel, especially Summer and Angela - were so helpful from the moment we arrived. THANK YOU for making our trip to Seattle special.

This hotel overall is great! Great location...close to downtown, shops, the convention center, public transit. Very nice amenities. WiFi was a little spotty at times and should have been included in the somewhat expensive price of the room instead of an additional per day charge.

This is one of two Homewood Suites in Seattle. The other one is a much nicer hotel with better service and amenities. This hotel could be so much better. The service is lacking and the staff is lacking. They put us in the wrong room, seemed not to care how our stay was and generally lacked enthusiasm.

I had never been to Seattle, so I stayed here for 10 days. I wanted a place that was basically like a studio apartment, and this place fit the bill. It was close to the train station coming from/going to the airport, so that was only a few block walk. It was also close for walking to the main downtown parts of the city. The daily breakfast was a good starter and the Internet was good as well. There were a few little markets nearby to get food so I wasn't eating out all the time.

Its my favorite hotel to take a weekend off with my husband! !!

We were able to visit many of the ammenities throughout the city from a centralized location.

Staff was very good to let me stay pool side when my room was not quite ready at noon. Had a good nights stay and every place I wanted to go was within walking distance.

Nice. Enjoyed the complementary breakfasts. Very friendly and efficient staff. Rooms can be noisy on street side

the staff was unprofessional and rude. CHecking in took an extremely long time even though I had called and made arrangements for an early check in. The valet and Bell hop were the most helpful of all staff we encoubtered.

Convenient location to visit the city of Seattle downtown area and Pike's Market ( a 9 block downhill walk), & highway access. Spacious unit, comfy bed. Astounding noise protection. We liked to hang on the balcony but it was impossibly loud due to traffic noise but once you close the door - quiet! Interesting views of the city. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating especially the car park guys. Nice hot buffet breakfast in pleasant room. Decent location for public transportation (light rail). Pricey with parking fees on top.

We spent the night at the Homewood Suites on Sept. 18th, 2014. The facilities were very nice and the staff were very helpfull and knowledgeable. Their meals were a very pleasant feature especially the morning breakfast. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we visited various sites in Seattle. We will consider using this facitity again when we visit Seattle. J&J Wallace

My husband, 22 yr old son and I stayed for 2 nights before leaving on a cruise. The hotel was conveniently located, close to the Convention Center, where we took the monorail to the Needle, and a short walk to Pike St Market. Room was clean & comfortable with a sofa bed in the living room. Breakfast was included which was a nice bonus.

Poor customer service, black mold and filthy rooms, furniture falling apart, leaking facet, electrical outlets not working, tripled billed in error for week long stay of two rooms, numerous requests to fix problems and they could only say they are getting new furniture in 2 wks. Took speaking with GM to have first 2 nights offered back and they never followed through. Requested customer satisfaction survey, was denied and given a number to call. The rooms booked were not the rooms provided at check-in and once the problems above were identified, they did switch rooms, however lesser in quality and still broken outlets, furniture ripped and dirty. Staff tried to accommodate, even stating they would not pay the costs and stay in any hotel with these issues. Ruined the first two days dealing with accommodations instead of enjoying family reunion. One would think a hotel such as Hilton would stand by their policy and not tolerate such room conditions.

Poor service, filthy rooms with black mold around the windows, facets leaking/spraying water, electrical outlets broken, shattered window, furniture ripped and falling apart coupled with rude check-in staff. To add insult to injury, the rooms booked for the week, already paid for, were charged 3 times to my credit card upon check-in. After booking a family reunion for the week, multiple room changes and wasting two of the days dealing with the multitude of problems, as late as 10:30pm at night, this was one of the worst experiences unthinkable with a hotel such as Hilton. Housekeeping and maintenance staff addressing the consistent problems with poor quality were gracious and did all they could, even stating they would not stay in a hotel that handled the issues as they were. Requested hotel satisfaction survey was denied and I was provided a # to call. Hilton did not honor their pledge "We’ll make it right or your night’s stay is free." Terrible experience and a shame it was the highlight of the trip since it required so many hours and waiting for response to serious problems with rooms.

Attentive staff with excellent service, got complimentary buffet dinner and breakfast, amenities from Neutrogena, strategic location.
