Bath has slipper tub w/shower & stackable w/d. Bedrooms have comfy beds and crisp, fresh linens, bath robes, and monitor. Outside you'll find a private, fenced yard with fire-pit. There's a convenient doggy door to fenced dog run. Close to parks, Golden Gardens Beach, Sunset Hill, downtown Ballard! We're a dog-friendly home.

Welcoming Home

The Sunshine House is in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood and is welcoming and beautifully decorated. High quality linens, mattresses and dishes makes it a delightful place to unwind and enjoy the area. Seasonal touches for Christmas were an added bonus to our stay.

The Sunshine House was super clean and exceptionally well-maintained both inside and out. We enjoyed all aspects of the property. The neighborhood was quiet but still centrally located. And the most impressive part was the attention to detail and all of the little extras that the host provided. The overall experience was unbelievable.

Beautifully stocked - beautifully organized

This is by far one of the standout properties I have stayed at. From the detailed organization within the property- everything labeled and intuitive- to the generosity and thoughtfulness of the hosts. This property is well stocked with helpful supplies but most of all this is just a beautiful home with an incredible outdoor space in a beautiful and convenient area.

Sunshine House lives up to name!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Sunshine House. The weather was beautiful and the house has so many places to enjoy the sun——front porch, kitchen table, dining room table, back porch, etc. It is such a comfortable and bright home. In addition, Robin and Scott made sure the house was extremely well stocked and prepared for our visit. Everything was easy to fine and at our fingertips. We have stayed in many vacation rentals but this one tops them all in terms of comfort and convenience. It is located in an ideal spot in Seattle. A classic, pedestrian neighborhood with nice sidewalks, cafes and parks. However, it’s central location in Ballard made access to downtown, UW, Green Lake and other neighborhoods easy as well. Wonderful Ballard Home in Seattle

We loved our stay here with our adult daughter and her dog. Very comfortable setting in a great residential neighborhood.Private first floor use with a lovely outdoor space. Great location where we enjoyed eating out and cooking in the updated delightful kitchen.Appreciated all the friendly communication from the hosts.
