Hotel is very dated. Lots of small things in disrepair. Breakfast ends at different times with no signs stating their times. I had spilled water & ice infront of the fridge on the tile. When i wiped it up the towel was filthy dirty.

Room was very clean. Smelled nice. Staff, This stay. Was not very friendly. Heat and cool unit was rattling. I gave a shove and it stopped rattling. Room temperature control no fun. You have to set to 68. So the room will not get over 73 at night. Hade to get up in the middle of the night to adjust. Twice. The showers heads are very restrictive. Hard to get wet. Breakfast was worse than most. The omelets are rubbery, bland and wet. The juice form the dispenser had a chemical taste to it. Could not drink them. Sausage patty's were dry. Almost cracker like. Coffee was good.

Our check-in was great (very nice front desk clerk) but the staff after that couldn’t care less. The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. Our room on the top floor was nice and spacious but it’s not the most quiet place we’ve ever stayed. Great location with shopping and restaurants nearby. We couldn’t get our AC/heat to work and told a front desk person. We came back to a snarky note from their maintenance person telling us we had to adjust the temp on the wall unit which we already knew. We wanted to know how to get the fan running!
