Loved the free breakfast each morning. Clean room, comfortable beds, fitness center, friendly staff.

This was a nice hotel, in a good location. The room was clean, and had everything we needed. The only complaint I had was that my room was on the second floor, directly above the indoor pool. All of the pool sounds- water splashing, echoing shouts and conversations- could be heard very clearly in my room. This ended, thankfully! At 10pm when the pool closed for the evening. But trying to read or watch tv in the room was definitely a challenge with the noise.

Nice hotel, very nice breakfast, nice (but small) indoor pool. But I paid about $40 to $70 dollars more per night than similar quality hotels in Bellevue/Redmond. When I arrived at the hotel, the computer system was down and I had to wait almost 10 minutes just to get checked in. Toilet paper was never replaced, so that we ran out on checkout day. No restrooms in the lobby - you have to walk very far down the hall to find them. For what I paid I expect better service and better reliability than that. My advice: Shop around for a better price.

The hotel is located behind other hotels it can be confusing to find if you check in after dark. The breakfast is far more than bagels and apples. It's buffet style but with many options. Bed is comfortable. Sounds travel in the hallway, so I kept thinking someone was trying to open my door when they opened a door across the hall or next to me. That's the closest I can come to a complaint.

Staff was very helpful; workout facilities were very good. The hotel was very clean. Good desk for working. Very solid hotel for business travel and getting things done.

The room cleanliness was actually great, but it just smelled like mold combined with cat urine. I suspect they just need to rip up the carpet and replace in room 107...

Liked staying here. Hotel was clean, coveniently located. I will recommend this Hotel.

Fairfield Inn & Suites in Seattle Bellevue/Redmond is a very clean hotel at good quiet location, continental breakfast and service overall is fine. Staff is polite but not really friendly. Also during check-out they refused to honor on-line booking price and I had to pay a little more than I planned. I am not going to stay there again and would not recommend this place to my friends.

Pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. Cleanliness was nice. Was comfortable enough to fall right into bed. Bathroom was clean and nothing dirty. Everything looked updated.

staff was very helpful and friendly, everything was clean and neat room was large breakfast was outstanding

The hotel was comfortable, but not perfect. Although the beds were great, there are at least 3 too many pillows on the bed that I needed to toss on to the floor, and I hate to do that. Also, the mattress was about 6-8" off center of the box springs so I nudged it over to sit square on the box springs, then it was not centered over the head board. oh well, the bed was comfortable. I'm pretty sure most hotel maids never would sleep in beds they make, the sheets are either too much towards your head, or too little and definitely not centered, as in more on one side of the bed than the other -- I always need to adjust. The cleaning crew did not come to do our room until after 3 pm. We left the hotel very early on Sunday to participate in the triathlon, got back to our rooms around 2:00 pm, took a hot tub, took a shower, then went to downtown Seattle and to dinner. The room had been cleaned while we were gone. It is usual for rooms to be cleaned prior to noon most places. The breakfast was great. We could not partake on Sunday due to our early hour of departure, however we could on Monday. There was a very good selection of great food. And, the BEST, was they offer real plates, bowls and silverware as opposed to plastic and styrofoam!!! That rates extra stars for me!!! THANK YOU!!! It was hard to find the hotel and when we called for directions the person gave us the very opposite way to get there. However, we found it anyway and found it very comfortable. Thanks, !

Flexibility with late check-in was very helpful as we arrived around 7pm, later than anticipated. The evening front counter staff was a little standoffish but the morning staff was extremely helpful and courteous. We were expecting buffet breakfast with sausages and eggs but instead they had pre-made frozen Jimmy D breakfast sandwiches which could be bought at Costco, was not impressed with that at all since we had been to another Marriott's last year and they had fresh cooked food and cut fruit salad.

The employee at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. The room was fine - basic - but just what I needed.

I would not stay here again. Our Family normally stays next door at the Court YArd, one of our fav hotel to stay in at Bellevue but due to the Mariners VS Yankees that weekend- rooms were all booked there. So we thought okay-what can go wrong at Fairfield. OMG! Talk about the walking marathon that was going on above our floor from midnight to 4 am. Unbeliveable! The noise and showers-water noise all night long. So contact front desk several times to check it out- there reply is -"Will go check it out" BS... this went on all through 3 nights we stayed. Our poor young kids! NO sleep! The bed was terrible, it felt like you were on pavement. I woke up with back pains. Get rid of those mattresses! We had our room clean the first day and it was so awful cleaning. The housekeeper left two towels for us... We normally see six to eight towels at other hotels. "Tried" to take our kids swimming at the pool- Yeah, that never happened! Gross! Just poor customer and quality services.

Clean hotel. The free breakfast in the morning is superb with hot waffles, fruit, cereal, pastries, etc. The lady that takes care of the breakfast is extremely helpful and keeps everything stocked and clean. Rooms are very nice. The location is off from the hectic traffic of 148th Ave and is quiet.

Hotel was conveniently located off the main highway running through the Bellevue/ Redmond area. The room was nicely appointed and comfortable especially the beds and the breakfast was one of the best I've seen anywhere as it included hot/cold cereal, fresh fruit, quiche or egg/ham on a biscuit, yogurt, bagels, Belgian waffles and more. The fitness room was better than average and no-charge parking. So overall it exceeded my expectations.

We went to see the half-marathon, our son and wife were running, and needed somewhere to spend the night. When we got to the hotel, we were pleased that the pool was open until 10. UNFORTUNATELY, the pool was VERY cold!

We enjoyed our stay. We moved our daughter to kirkland from Calif. Very clean. All the extras we needed. The table in the room was nice because we play board games at night while we watch T.V.. We didn't hear noise from other travelers . We had a very convenent location for our room. Your staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank You very Much. Patty Hill.

Nice hotel for a weekend in the Seattle area.....

Although it was a bit of a drive from downtown Seattle (20min), it was in a great location for shopping and going to see the Museum of Flight. The staff were wonderful! The room was large and very clean, bed was comfortable with spotless white linen. The bathroom was a little outdated - but made up for it by being really clean - lots of white towels!! Old TV - but it worked fine. Great continental breakfast free each morning. I would definately recommend it to friends - and will stay there again when I am next in Seattle.
